I ordered at 7:15.. it’s now 9:30 and I just got my delivery. You know truly, hiring within and getting someone who lives here and knows the area may be be a good start. Your drivers are fantastic, as is every staff I’ve ever come in contact with at this location. They aren’t the problem. There has to be something above this locations staff to be causing it.

This was a sad scenario. I ordered online at 6:15pm, no tracker to notify me. At 7:39 I drove to the store myself and it was mayhem. Four guys working their butts off trying to fulfill orders with a smile and politeness. They are understaffed and overworked. Phones ringing off the hook, I wanted to answer for them. This has been an ongoing issue the worker told me. They’ve tried contacting corporate with no success or assistance. General manager walked out. The kind worker did not make me pay for my order but I insisted on tipping all of them. Such a shame that those guys are working so hard for nothing. Although I didn’t get my pizzas for almost 2 hours, I’m happy of their customer service to make it right.

I went on a day when they were a little short staffed. But the manger, Christopher, made my pizza’s fast and was also super friendly even under a lot of pressure. I think there may have been just 2 people working. But, he made my order quick and exactly how I wanted my pizza’s.Domino’s is always a go to for me. Not matter which store. But, I had to leave a good review for this store after seeing the work that they put in. Definitely go when Christopher is working! You’ll get your food quick and good customer service as well.

Jacob Jones needs to be recognized as an OUTSTANDING employee. He should be rewarded and recognized immediately. JACOB is running the Broadway Avenue J location by himself tonight and knocking it out with a smile and great customer service, while still putting care into every product that he makes, as always! He is, all-together running his rear end off to keep this restaurant not only running, but ahead, this evening, and still providing EXCELLENT customer service and EXCELLENT pizza. I was hoping to have him make our meal this evening and he was there. It needs to be very well known how much work Jacob is putting in and how much care this young man has for his job and the guests. I would expect that this multibillion-dollar company would immediately take the time out of their day to reach out and give this young man a bonus and/or a raise. I would expect a very large income raise as he was doing the job of three individuals today. Broadway Avenue J is not an average location, this location is always busy and this young man is working three times harder than average. I don't guess that many people would have been able to pull this off . I don't guess that many people would have tolerated pulling that off but Jacob did it with a smile. I would greatly expect somebody to go out of their way to help this young man as he has helped your restaurant stand today. This young man deserves to be paid a double salary because he is doing the job of three people. Every time I come in here I see him working very hard and he still puts out great products and smiles and cares about everybody that comes in. Do not be cheap in rewarding this young man some people deserve to be recognized and Jacob is most definitely one of those people. You are lucky to have him on your team. Investing in this young man would be a great business investment. He blew me out of the water today. Please do not hesitate helping this employee. He deserves it. I will be checking back into this to make sure that he was noticed for his extra extra extra extra hard work today and noticeably everyday. Jacob Jones needs to be recognized.

After 45 minutes wait, I still did not receive my Garlic twist, they were short staff, and very bad communication. Intially told us 20-25 minutes wait time.

A perfect pizza and friendly crew. Even though they were swamped with orders, they stayed in sync. Most importantly, the chaos (if any) was not apparent to the customer. Steady putting out orders without issues. Thanks to the crew. March. 19th. 7:30pm.

Seriously wish the 21st St dominos would get their act together. Sometimes they’re ok but today we put in an order for delivery. It never moved off the preparing your order spot on the tracker so ten minutes after estimated delivery I went down there. They had one driver and one store person and said they were making one order at a time while the driver delivered the previous order and there’s no eta for any of them. Ok fine. But why not call? Or at least answer the store phone?! I tried calling three times before I went in there. I wish they’d just close it down so the 61st street store would deliver to the east end again. Things weren’t nearly as screwed up then. Now to watch my account to see if the girl behind the counter actually cancelled it or not since I got no receipt of cancellation or email confirming cancellation.

They always been good to me every time I walked in there keep up the good work guys.

I walked in to order my pizza, it was ready in no time very good service. I love coming to this place.

I would not recommend ordering from this dominos, I’ve worked there a few times and I’m not sure why I ever went back. They don’t make their pizzas right and some pizzas they make aren’t sanitary, if the trays that catch the food are too full. They will use that as toppings, especially if you order an extravaganza pizza.
