Fabulous food and lovely people to work with! My son had a crazy wedding day due to the highway 45 shut down May 7. CMA was able to adjust to the delays and served an absolutely delicious dinner in spite of all the delays! The steak and grilled veggies were divine ! Thank you to Chelsea for all her help and patience in the planning process! Would highly recommend Chopin Mon Ami for any catering needs and hope to use them again in the future!
Chopin Mon Ami catered my wedding at the Bryan Museum. There were a ton of options for food, the pricing was fair, the setup was seamless, and the food was delicious.
My friend and I️ had such a lovely dinner here! Dangster was our server and he was incredible. The most lively, personable server I’ve had and he truly made this experience for us!! Will definitely be returning soon!!
Todd and his team are FANTASTIC! They catered our wedding and we could not have been more pleased. He was patient and walked us through our menu selections. The tasting was delicious and the food at the wedding was the same. The servers were so friendly and professional. Guests were served promptly and tables were attended to. Todd's team is the A Team. We are beyond pleased with the excellent service and delicious food that Todd and his team at Chopin Mon Ami provided at our wedding. Todd took the time to talk us through menu options and figure out what suited our taste the best. I had no doubts in choosing Chopin Mon Ami and they really went above and beyond! We had awesome fajitas with all the sides and an assortment of desserts. We were extremely impressed with the attentiveness their staff had for us, making sure we (the bride and groom) always had food, water, and drinks of our choice. Their bartenders were excellent too! Todd's team set up our venue beautifully before hand with the linens, colors, glassware etc that we picked out at a consultation. Again, can't emphasize enough how awesome their team was and delicious the food tasted. Really, really pleased with Chopin Mon Ami catering our wedding down in Galveston. You can tell they've been doing this for years!
Chopin Mon Ami did a phenomenal job catering my wedding. I had my reception at Noah’s before they shut down and he worked wonders considering Noah’s did not have a kitchen but just a prep space. My guests raved about the food for weeks following my wedding. When we went for the tasting we knew Todd was our guy. Personable, professional and creative, he did not disappoint and brought such great flavor to the table. From the salad to the main entree, it was all delicious and his staff was very professional and friendly with my guests. I highly recommend Chopin Mon Amj. You won’t be disappointed!
Amazing caterer! They catered for our wedding. The food was delicious and they were flexible with the COVID scheduling changes. Always very responsive and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted.
Our wedding venue recommended Todd for catering. We ended up getting to taste some of his menu items at a wedding vendor show and we were sold. The food was so amazing and creative. When you talk to Todd, you can feel his passion for what he does. Our guests keep telling us how fantastic the food was at our reception. He even worked with us to cater late night Chicago dogs which everyone loved! He will make you feel so secure and make your life easier while you’re planning your wedding. Do yourself a favor and hire Todd and you’ll be like us eating leftovers two days after the wedding knowing you made the right call.
