I have a very special affection for Chili's. I was a chef for 8 years now I have my own restaurant, but this is the second time and a big disappointment. I had to get out. very poor attention. the manager must take action. I was about 20 minutes for him to serve the drinks. and he wasn't busy
If I could leave zero stars I would, we were there for hours for just a simple quick lunch. They double charged us for everything, the manager didn’t seem to be very concerned about the bad customer service. Our food was cold, we were never greeted, there were plenty of empty tables and the couple behind us was told there was a two hour wait. I understand that it’s difficult right now to find good employees but it doesn’t take a lot to be kind and they were the farthest from that .
Worst service I've ever had! Ever! Waiter never came back to our table, not one time unless we flagged him down. Over an hour waiting for food that the kitchen "lost" even though we asked our waiter to check it for us. Multiple times! Had to get up and get our own drinks since- again, the waiter never came back one time the whole hour we were there. AND to top it all off, when we requested to speak to a manager. He never showed. Worst place, would not EVER recommend. Oh, and never got the food by the way. Cause even when the food was "lost" it was never put in again.
terrible. waited longer than an hour and a half for 3 meals.... ordered online and was clear they forgot 1 meal so everything was cold. never eat here again. the manager could do "nothing" for me.
Always, always issues at the Galveston location? certainly could be more friendly warm welcoming tidy. They're sloppy over there. I will drive literally to another town just to avoid this one. Because there's literally ALWAYS SOMETHING! Short staffed, managers have attitudes, waiter/ waitress are gross (not mindful of manners). And please, stand back if you do not have a mask and STOP talking over our food before you place it on the table! 646 location. Andrew the bartender can be a bit much. He's good but wish he wouldn't talk so much with the antics. He also seems to not like to be tipped $5 or less. If the check is less than 12 bucks, why do you need 5 or more???? Be happy to get anything! You don't know what people have to go through just to simply get a meal, or to take themselves out. Some just want to get away from home. Everyone needs to chill on the "whoa is me" attitude. If you get $2, take your tip and go. He's good but when he's done serving you, he is done!! And you'll know it. Other than that. Food is always good. However, they seriously need to wipe the condiments down. Salt and pepper shakers have built up salt and pepper on the lids, fingerprints all over ketchup bottles too. Those should be wiped down after each patron leaves.
Its Just Wings!!!The wings were ok. The service was awful. I sat in a curbside spot for 10 minutes AFTER Check in. Upon checking in I got a message that said someone would be out with my order, but no one ever came. I finally went inside and picked up my LUKEwarm wings and fries.
The food was amazing, it took an hour to get to us and the restaurant was not full the people that came in after us got their food first and the had the same amount of people.One of the seven orders came out 20 minutes later and it should of been first since it was just a soup and salad. The service was poor the waitress was prioritizing who she waiting on. But the guy who actually took care of us was amazing he took great care.
HORRID EXPERIENCE! Slowest service I have ever had. Dirty bar, washed glasses just sat on the bar top, upside down. Burgers raw. Save your time and money, run away from this restaurant!!!
I went to this Chilli's on 3-2-22. Once seated I was greeted by a young lady named Ashley. She immediately took care of my drink order and made sure I never had any issues. I loved my visit at this place. Thanks to Ashley and the great food. .
Had a wonderful experience! Wasn’t too busy, the waiter took excellent care of us and was very professional considering he had only been working there for a week. Food was incredible, very satisfied!
