Great little spot on the seawall! Food was fresh and hot, kids loved every nugget! Enjoyed sitting outside, watching the ocean!
This is the worse Chick-fil-a ever- the grilled chicken was more burnt than grilled-Husbands tasted like it had been sitting around all day- 2 sandwiches for $11.00
Great Food and Amazing Staff. Restaurant was very clean! After a horrible experience at FishTales next door it was nice to be greeted by a great place.
The food was cold, container hardly filled, rude staff. We ordered a diet lemonade and the kid gave us diet coke, when we said something he just set it down and walked away. Had to waive someone else down to get it corrected. Didn't get near the amount of waffle fries in the container as usual. This place should lose the chickfila name.
It's right next to big, well known places like pleasure pier, so it's a great way to unwind and restore your energy (in a DELICIOUS way!) after a long day at the beach
Great View of the Gulf Beach. This CFA is a franchises Chick-Fil-A Express, therefore, it lacks the upscale customer service you’d receive from a full-service CFA. Had to send back my sandwich for a fresh one. They were great to switch it out for a fresh one.
They aren't part of the app rewards program. Management and staff is rude. Nugget oil taste old/burn. Needed changing.
This is an okay location if your truly craving Chic Fil A. The food was good. The service was quick. The biggest issue here is the parking lot situation. There is no drive thru so you must park uphill diagonally beside seawall blvd traffic. Which is HIGHLY dangerous. You see people coming in the wrong way and coming out the wrong way. I almost experienced a wreck here trying to leave. This issue needs to be addressed. There needs to be lit signs put up. There is absolutely no direction on how to turn into this restaurant. You must find your way.
There is nothing "Express" about this Chick-Fil-A location. The wait time was longer than at any other Chick-Fil-A I've been to, and this was at 7:30 pm on a Friday. There are few seats so there was no where for us to sit.
I love this Chick-Fil-A.. My husband and I stopped here one day and it was so awesome to be able to visit while sitting and looking out at the beach. They have a nice bar-type area that allows you to watch the water while you eat.
