We had the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We arrived just before 3:00 (Happy Hour) on Friday and asked the wait staff to give us a few minutes. She did and then we ordered a couple drinks. She checked on us a couple times over the next half-hour, when we ordered a couple more drinks and some queso. After that, she didn’t come by the table for the next hour and a half. Another person came and cleared empty (and some not so empty) plates and glasses. I had to go to the bar to get more water and another drink. I told the bartender about our experience and she said she’d look into it but our waitress still didn’t stop. Finally, a little after 5:00, we left. I stopped by the reception table to ask for our check. The manager apologized and said he’d look into it and that it wouldn’t happen again. It won’t happen to anyone in our party again because they won’t get another chance. Plenty of other great options in the area. I added pics to show our empty glasses and that it wasn’t at all busy while we were there.

Huge, tasty burgers, beachside price. If you don’t want to leave hungry, order a burger. A few people in our party ordered the bunless burger and were also impressed. Even the kids’ slider burgers were almost the size of a regular burger. Downsides: it was pricey, and the condensation on the coolers dripped water inside the restaurant. Still, the service was excellent, and everyone left satisfied!

Our meal hasn’t arrived yet but if it’s as good as the cheese sticks and my wife’s Bloody Mary then bring it on! Good service from Cory in the middle of the afternoon as well. Thanks!Edit: Meal came out and everything was amazing as expected. The food quality here is impeccable! Again thanks for the good food, drinks, and service!

Don't waste your time... Really!! We spend 30 minutes just to wait to be seated and then 2.5 hours later we finally left. The service was horrible!! Took 20 minutes just to get a cocktail drink then it was so nasty! The food was actually very good, but that's it!! As you can see in the picture not very many people was even in the place!!! So why did it take so long!!!

Had an excellent early dinner here. Cole our server had a great beer recommendation. Had the happy-hour spicy fried shrimp appetizer that was perfectly cooked and delicious. We had a steak salad that was perfectly medium rare and very tender. My wife had the chicken sandwich that was huge and delicious. We ate on the patio, which is dog-friendly, and had a great time with cool ocean breezes. This is a great place for happy hour or lunch or dinner. Cole was an exceptional server, and made our dining experience even better.

This place should be glad I was not a mystery diner. Was told 45 min wait but sooner if we dined inside foregoing the amazing ocean view. Wrong. We waited a good hour. Waited a bit before drink order was taken. Waited 10 minutes for straws before we could enjoy our sodas. Waited quite awhile for our appetizer. Just finished our appetizer when we were informed they were out of one of our party's selected entree. Why we weren't informed immediately, I do not know. Waited forever for our entrees. Finally got them but was not given knives to cut our meat. Had to wait for knives as our food cooled. The only saving grace was the food itself. Despite all the service errors, the food was wonderful. Mozzarella bricks were the best we ever had. The filet mignon cooked perfectly as ordered. All sides were excellent. This could have been a five star review if only the service matched the incredible food. I had never been to a Brick House Tavern and Tap before. I would not return to this location because of service. However, I will certainly try another location because the food selections are awesome.

This place was a short walk from the Holiday Inn Express so we tried it out for lunch. Lots of seating inside and out. We sat outside and had a great view of the beach right across the street. My wife had a Philly Cheesesteak with tater tots and I had the shrimp and chips. Both were very good. Waiter was very nice and chatty. Prices were decent. Glad we ate here and we'd try it again.

We weren’t planning on coming here while on vacation but we didn’t want a seafood type place for dinner so my husband saw this one and we decided to try it. No wait on a Tuesday evening at 630. Our waitress ALEXIS was amazing. Very sweet and VERY attentive. I can’t tell you how many times she checked on us and got our order right! That’s hard to find these days! We were there during happy hour (till 7) so we got the pretzels ($6) and my husband got 2 old fashioned drinks. Shout out to the bartender on those, they were amazing and cheap $6. He ordered the fried chicken sandwich ($13), which was HUGE! I got a side Caesar salad ($3) as my meal. Our total was $36. The cheapest we have eaten since we’ve been here. The chx was breaded just right and had flavor. Alexis really made the night, she had all the large tables tonight and was hustling and never once acted like she was overwhelmed. So even with some bad reviews, I say don’t knock it till you try it. The crawfish boil meal people were getting had everyone looking when it came to the tables, that seemed to be a big hit!

I was impressed !!!! Our waitress I believe her name was Sillia , was just awesome , the fried shrimp were some of the best ive ever had in my life. Great food and even greater service .

Watched bartender take a handful of raspberries and ate them then threw the rest into someone’s drink he was making.Took more than 30 min to get someone to take our order.
