This location is not handicap accessible. After attempting to get my son into the store three times (while the employees watched) we finally had to take him out of his wheelchair to get inside.
We've visited this particular Ben and Jerry's many times over the years and I generally give it a 5 star rating. On this particular trip I was disappointed to see several empty tubs, 3 Sky Blue Marshmallow tubs in various states of empty, and not a lot of flavor selection. Not sure what happened..... supply chain, misunderstanding of how busy this Spring Break week was going to be?We're hoping next time they'll be able to serve the tableau of flavors they're famous for. Great service from the on site employees.
I went today and 1 guy was working alone. He did a great job. No one minded waiting b/c the quality of the ice cream speaks for itself. And he was completely cool with the long line. Stopped at Hilton Doubletree for free cookies. Lovely
Needed a deep clean and a girl serving the ice cream was coughing everywhere. It was gross. Parking was also a nightmare.
Service was fast and excellent during spring break I was surprised at how good every thing was considering how ridiculously busy it was. I’m writing this review now because I saw some other ones from a few days back and I am abhorred. People complain about parking or how they were closed like do y’all not know how busy these folks get. Absolute buffoons complaining about parking and close times. Get over it you weasels. The price I agree is a little high but cmon people this place is a tourist trap if you don’t like it leave or shut it. 10/10 place.
Ice cream was great! Had the coconut walnut caramel butterscotch and vanilla chocolate dipped cone! Expensive but really good.
not a very friendly crew.... And for 5.95 they made the cones very small.. . Took a few minutes for them to come from the Back... No greeting just kind of stood there and waiting for me to respond.... Last trip in March they were great not so much this time
We stopped in last night at 8:55pm. Google states the store is open till 10. The 2 girls working saw us pull in and ran over and locked the door. I can understand that might close a little early in the winter, but don’t intentionally lock the door to keep from waiting on us. We wasn’t going to take more than 5 minutes to get 2 ice creams to go. I won’t return to this location ever again. We went to Sonic instead.
Absolutely not!!! We were here for my husband’s birthday during Mardi Gras. Can you believe that this place closed prior to the the time advertised?!? We got there at 10pm, they were not supposed to close until 10:30.We were beyond disappointed. The workers were in the building looking at us in the window like they were supposed to be closed. Maybe they need to Google themselves!! I should have taken a picture. Dang !
