Excellent! Matcha latte can be ordered with ice and sugar to your taste, very good! Oolong with black sugar boba has fixed sugar and ice, but is delicate, balanced, and luscious.
The environment is clean and nice. Drinks are light and not as creamy but that’s their style! Lower calories than creamy teas. Service isn’t always the best.
Great staff that were super helpful in recommending drinks for us to try. The manager and worker on call were very professional and friendly. My husband and I enjoyed our drinks! Thanks! We will be back.
First time to a fruit tea place. Asked a question about how the drinks are flavored if it was a syrup and got a horrible response from the employee saying they don't do that and that's disgusting, they apparently only use fresh fruit. I said it was my first time and got no help on selecting a drink or understanding the selections and what's in each of them.
Whenever I order drinks here such as the yakult ice tea and the winter melon lemonade, it taste differently each time like the employees do not know how to make it. Drinks are expensive and it's not worth the hype.

Please update your online hours. I came by at 7:30 on Sunday and you were closed. However online it states you all close at 8:30.

Much pricier than it's nearby competitors especially given the fact that they don't let you adjust the ice level. Got the Taro Milk Tea, which is usually my go to. Taste was okay not really flavorful. Not sure what they added in addition to the tea, milk and boba. It felt like cake crumbs -- we weren't a fan of the crumbs.
I arrived at 2pm, and was told “we are closed for 1hour… ah no… 2 hours” then the two ladies proceeded to close the door.I was like ok. While browsing google for sth else, i saw them walked into Haidilao next door, maybe enjoying hotpot, maybe they work there too for 2 hours? idk…People have life. Its okay, but please be consistent.Response to ower reply: Does any one pay extra for Ihop and Walmart to open 24h? I work in customer services too homie. If asking for consistency is unmoral, then lenme cheers to yo good time at Haidilao :)
