Wingstop closes at 12am on a weeknight. I called to place an order, and they told me I couldn’t place an order unless I was in person. So I asked if I show up, then I can place it, and they said I had 10 minutes to show up. Mind you I made a call at 11pm not 10 min until closing. I spoke to the manager and she was somewhat more reasonable than her subordinate. Regardless, if you still have 30 more min left until closing time, then you are more than capable of placing an order. I still could’ve shown up, but they seemed annoyed and I didn’t want them to tamper with my food or give me burned leftovers.

I really made a big mistake ordering boneless wings here because they had a special price. Buffalo flavor was basically soggy, fries were over cooked and way too salty. Why didn't I order at REAL place like Tight ends sports bar. Huge mistake. Sorry but this is the last time I am making this mistake. Staff was nice so no complaints there but food can't be any worse than this. I'd feel bad if I gave this to the homeless.

I ordered just wings for carryout and they were not the best I have ever had but they were not terrible either. I wish they had used more buffalo sauce or at least left some in the basket. Over all the order was ready when I got there, and I was kinda early. The cashier was curtious considering they were busy. I probably won't get wings here again but it's not the worst Wingstop I have been too.

Absolutely the worst Wingstop ever. The door says “open until midnight” in bright neon lights. We stoped at this location at 11:30 and were told they don’t make food after this time. Terrible management screamed at us when I asked if we could order online. This is the face you are welcomed with.

Worst decision I’ve made in a while ordering from this location. Everything was SLOW!! My order wasn’t ready until over 2 hrs from when it was supposed to be. A lobby full of people waiting for food that should have been ready 2-3 hrs prior, ridiculous. They definitely need a better system/ more organized staff. The cashier was very nice though.

When I placed my order it said it was going to take 18-23 minutes. After waiting for 90 minutes I finally got my food.I talked to the so called manager over the phone and he was absolutely no help at all. Just kept going in circles with me. Absolutely no hospitality or communication skills. Didn’t even apologize for the extended wait at all. He needs to be replaced ASAP. If you want wings just go to pluckers. Oh and btw while me and the manager were talking he just hung up on me, middle of conversation. Maybe he should try working in the kitchen so he doesn’t have to talk to customers because he was the absolute worst.

Order 15 boneless wings came in order only 10, Atomic 10 wing has only 8, worst series I ever had in Wingstop.

Worst Wingstop ever! I ordered two fries via DoorDash. Both the cheese (small)and buffalo (large)fries arrived cold and hard as if they’d been refried. The cheese had literally a teaspoon of cheese and was less than a snack order. The buffalo fry did not have all of the ingredients and was also less than a small, although I ordered a large. Why send cold food out the door?!?! It was a simple order…geesh. I will never order from this Wingstop again.

The girl that works night shift with the glasses needs to be fired. I called the place 3 times and no answer, so I figured they were busy and went in. I walk in and 1.They weren’t busy and could’ve taken the call 2. She had an attitude, I proceeded to be calm and remain polite 3. I was literally watching her hang up on customers calls to place an order like I tried to do. She couldn’t make it any more obvious that she hates that job.Ive never had to leave a bad review in my life up until I went here, the general manager needs to maybe find a different job because this particular location is a headache every time

I actually have been at this location many times. I’m not sure what happened but management must have changed. Restroom was not working and it was out of soap (Horrible). Employees did not seem to care about it. Cashier told me they would text when my order was ready but instead I had to go back in there to find that out after waiting 50 min outside in my car. After I picked up the order I had to go back to get forks because they did not put them in the bag. They could have simply asked me if I wanted one when I picked up the order. On top of it wings tasted bad. Simply bad management.
