Worstttt service ever. After asking for a manager to assist and override an issue, the disgruntled cashier (with the blonde wig) broke the foam cup that she was holding because she was just THAT frustrated with me, the PAYING customer. (At this point I’m shaking with fear lol.. yeah right) After the resolution, I departed and the employee yelled across the floor in an attempt to be “nice” with a parting greeting “have a good night” (sarcastically of course). Why are you as a “grown” adult acting so immature ? If you want to be served by adults acting like children, actually worse than children this is definitely the location for you! (Thankful for the manager who assisted however - I’d give her personally five stars and a raise for having to coexist in a workspace with such an awful human being)

Very disappointed in the decline in service at this location. The store is run by children, they hate to take orders, are very unprofessional and refuse to answer the phone. I've been on hold for almost 30 mins and now they're about to close. I could have gone to a different location had I known they were going to leave me on hold until the store closed. Definitely won't be coming back here

You guys love paying for all that new (not so new anymore) sq footage while having your dining room closed going on 2 years? Good grief. Open your dining room already. Glad you paid to renovate to have basically a large chair storage area.

I ordered online. Service was okay. I got 3 piece chicken tender and fries. One of my chicken tender was completely covered in cornmeal. For the fries, I asked for less amount of seasoning, but it was still too salty. I would say it was not worth the money after eating it for the first time.

I normally love WingStop and just moved to this area from the Lewisville area. The Lewisville one was always great! However today at this location my experience and my food were way below average! I paid for extra ranch, didn’t get it, I asked for seasoned fries, I got plain (that were barely warm). I ordered 2 flavors of wings and half of them had almost NO SAUCE!!On top of that, WHY is their dining room closed??? The capacity and mask mandates are long over with it’s time to open up like all the other restaurants around here!!!

Stopped by at wing stop to grab lunch on 12/20/21. Entered the building and stepped up to the counter t order. That’s when I noticed the Dining room appeared closed. I asked” can I eat my food here?” The employee said “no”So I turned around and walked out.

What I hate about Wingstop is the inconsistency across locations in the brand. Definitely expensive wings so you should get “ Chic Fil A” service experience.I’ve only been here twice once I ordered inside and once from the app. Both times just wanted to be in and out quick. Went well for me so not sure about all the negative reviews.I placed an order togo inside and decided to wait in my car and without even asking just brought my order right to me, very kind of the man.

The wings were amazing. I got the lemon pepper flavor along with the fries. It all in total was quite good. I just wish that my wings were a little warmer when I got them.

If it wasn’t for door dash app being down I wouldn’t even be calling in. The amount of time I’ve waited on this phone to make an order is truly unprofessional. Get new people as none of them obviously don’t know how to do their job correctly by simply answering the phone to take an order for about 3 minutes. Ridiculous.

Pretty bad customer service. Customers waiting to pick up the order are ignored while the associates are 'busy' doing their own stuff.
