Kinda dead at dinner time. Service was slow, but not terrible-- just matched the atmosphere. The half-pound burger was a bit pricey and seemed small for what you get, and $3 more to upgrade to sweet potato fries. Pictured was about $19 (I think $18.98 before tax) + $0.59 for a small side of BBQ sauce. Even our server thought the burger was small after bragging how big they were, saying the patties used to be the size of her face LoL, but she did indicate the menu was changing. It was a pretty good burger, just not very big or filling. The sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked, although being $3 more, next time I'll pass.
Our party of six popped in here for a few drinks after a birthday dinner. We occupied one of the large, communal tables, which are ideal for groups, big or small. Drinks were reasonably priced for the Frisco area and the atmosphere was fun. Superb service was provided by Pixie, who ensured that our glasses were never empty and everyone was happy as a drunken clam!
First experience when walking in is it’s dark and depressing feeling. They only had maybe 4 girls working.I ordered the chili cheese fries and requested jalapeños on the side. They brought it out with jalapeños. No big deal. Then they took it to the back and just picked off the jalapeños instead of remaking it, but there were still jalapeños under the sour cream and jalapeño juices in all the fries. We paid our tab and went to Twin Peaks and had a blast. The food at Twin Peaks was 100 times better as well.
A sports bar that's essentially beer-only, and that should be posted at the door.
I’ve passed by this location for years and have always wanted to stop and make a visit. Well, it was my daughter’s 21st birthday and she wanted her first drink. I decided to stop here to finally check the place out. We walked in and were greeted by Lex, she explained that this is a unique kind of bar and grill, and asked if we still wanted a table. We looked around and noticed that beautiful women were walking around wearing bikinis, and I realized they were the servers. I asked my daughter if she wanted to stay and my daughter agreed, so we got a table.I had absolutely no idea what kind of bar and grill this was, but I’m so glad we walked in those doors. Lex was absolutely fantastic, she was friendly, kind, and told us she was going to take care of us. A very kind patron overheard that it was her 21st birthday, and he bought her first drink. It was so sweet of him to do that for her.We ordered the Fried Pickles, OMG… I can honestly say that these are the best fried pickles I’ve ever eaten anywhere. They were breaded and had a nice crisp on the outside, and juicy inside. My mouth is watering right now just thinking about them.Overall, this was a great experience. The food was delicious, service was fantastic, and the store was clean and comfortable. We were here on Monday around 4pm, so it wasn’t very crowded. I can imagine how busy this place can get on special nights and weekends, it’s a great place to sit and enjoy a sporting event, or sit and relax with friends.Highly Recommended for ages 21+
I visited this place several months ago during a conference and had to find this place online just to leave a review, because I can't stop thinking about how awesome their rice was! The best part of my experience was how well the servers knew the beer, and how funny it was watching families walk in not realizing what type of lunch they were about to have with their kids, then walking right back out. Promise you'll never put up a warning sign and I promise to stop by every time I'm in Tx.
Ok, don’t bring your kids (or jealous girlfriend) here, this place draws a crowd because of the beautiful bartenders and wait staff.Unlike others in this genre, Wild Pitch actually serves some really good food. My go to is the chicken fried rice which is really good. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. Good place to hang out and meet friends.
decent sports bar...service staff dresses in lingerie/bikini style outfits...no problem with it but if any of them heard my 9yr old daughters comments...apologies for her speaking her mind ?
Husband took his company employees there for an afternoon lunch….before noon. They were totally disgusted with the clothing or lack of clothing to the servers wore or didn’t wear. Not even noon yet and people were throwing up and staff not cleaning up fast enough. Horrible experience for this group…and they were men!
Staying in the hotel next door. Went in to grab some food to take back to the room. Had no clue! Guys bar for sure! Not that thats bad, just didn't know going in. HAD to order at the bar.. it would have helped the uncomfortably if the hostess had just taken my order.. [I was the only female customer] Thats not the reason for the bad review. Got a club sandwich, took it back to my room fairly tasty, until I got to the hair. Not short hair, no a long one wrap and weaved though a mouthful of sandwich.Being late night I didn't have a lot of options, but I don't recommend for food. And if your not into girls, well you might want to try elsewhere
