The staff is excellent. They're totally friendly and I've had a very good experience here.
Good change from subway but prices have gone up significantly.
The manager was really busy (on the phone and taking my order at the same time) when an employee walked in to start his shift and the manager immediately gave them a cup to get a drink and as soon as he was off the phone asked his employee how they were doing. Those small things add up, it’s so nice to see hourly employees treated like humans. Other restaurants should take notes.The store was clean, my food was ready quickly and the order was correct. But I’m most impressed by the people management happening at this store.
We recently moved so I found a new which wich and the service at this location is so much better! Food is good, and when you get it to go they legit have it all ready- chips, drink & in a bag. This was not the case at the Denton location. Always friendly. Only con is that even when I time my order, it’s not “hot” when I get it, so I think they make the orders as they come. But the sandwich is still good, never soggy.
I used to really like which wich, the crab salad sandwich was my fav. They recently changed the menu to have a significantly smaller menu which removed my crab salad from the menu. I haven’t eaten here in 6 months because of it and they’re sandwiches they do serve kinda suck. Potbelly’s is much better option.
Josh (Manager), had excellent customer service and the food was delicious! Sandwiches and fries were on point! Even though he was wearing a mask, you could still see Josh “smile with his eyes”! So many businesses forget how critical customer service is, but clearly these guys know how to do it right! Will come back again!~ Be ALPHA!
Great service and no errors on order. The place is clean and the staff attentive.I'm not thrilled about the new ordering sheets. So many options I could not do as I could before.
Came to this location to get my usual veggie sandwich only to discover most of the veggie options removed from the menu. Why?! That was the best thing about this place. I mean no spinach! Makes no sense! I will no longer be eating at which wich I am very disappointed!

Tonight the lady at the register who was wearing a bandana on her face didn't greet me or ask how I was - just stood there staring at me until I said hello and handed her my order card. She never said anything to respond to my "how are you?" Or "have a good night!" And only said my name when my order was ready. She prepared it too, and it was the wrong order when I got home. There were notes on the paper saying to put certain things on the side, (ranch and mustard on side) and that was not followed. There were also missing ingredients including the onions. Just really weird, cold service and not friendly at all. Like how can you just straight ignore a customer's audible attempts to engage? Really weird and disappointing service.
