New girl training on the register and she is bombing bad. The manager is eating breakfast and the line is out the door. Now I’m still waiting on food for 15 minutes.

Currently working here. Here’s a few pieces of info before you write/leave a review or judge things too harshly:1. If you’re waiting a long time, it’s due to large orders/crowds and/or us being short staffed.2. Come on a Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday if you want a short wait, most of these days the lines are fairly short.3. Fridays and Saturdays are the busiest so be prepared to wait.4. All the staff are doing their very best. Please try to be kind and patient with us as we are trying to serve y’all and there’s a lot of behind the scenes action that customers do not see or know about.5. Please do not get angry when we are out of stuff. It is not our fault. We get sent shipments of items and when we run, we run out. Nothing we can do until we get more.Enjoy your meal/trip to this location!

More I like the food, more I hate this place. Placed an online order for pickup, pulled over for curbside, no one showed up. Went to the door, it was locked. Called the facility and no one answered. Called the Corporate office and there came the biggest a'ole Dave and the only thing he did not ask me was my ssn. I'm now waiting in line and not sure how long this gonna take. Not to blame any workers, it's the horrible system. Very few workers to handle very large orders. Corporate whataburger sucks and definitely the customer service

The people in the drive thru did not have it together this morning, they gave me TWO raw breakfasts on a bun and one even had hair on it, im literally praying I don’t get salmonella.

Came here to use a coupon for the free whataburger. These guys are great. There was no hassle at all. The cashier Odin was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this location. Everything was very clean. The food came out quickly and was fresh. The manager walked by and made sure I had been taken care of.

Not sure what has happened to the Whataburger on Preston near Lebanon but it has gone downhill. About a month ago we went and our order was messed up so we had to wait. I guess they forgot about us and we had to go in to let them know we were still waiting. They didn’t even put it in. Last night we went and our order was wrong again. Instead of a 2 #1 whataburger we got one and a kids burger. Fries were old too. Must be new management but we will be going to one further away. Hopefully it will be better.

3.8 out of 5 ?? Someone must be fudging the numbers here! It should be around 1.3 out of 5 imvho for this Frisco, TX location. (Management doesn’t seem to care). I have gone to this Whataburger Frisco location on Preston Rd at least four different times over the past 6 months. (I have always been patient and friendly to the staff, but they have not been). Every time I go through their drive-thru it takes a minimum of 20 to 25 minutes! (Definitely not so fast food). The majority of the employees working there seem as though the customers are a big nuisance to them. My 21 year old son has also had multiple bad experiences at this same Whataburger Frisco location. We will definitely be taking our business somewhere else. Just Sad ?…

For stars only bc drive thru always so slow then the food isn't the hottest but it's ok if you are craving a cheeseburger

Whataburger has always cooked your food after you order. Not at this location. You get food that is not fresh. I complained to manager. He apologized, and brought out freshly cooked hamburgers. Next time I went, a couple of months later, I ordered, and sat down, and immediately my hamburgers and onions rings were placed on my table. The food was prepared long before we got there. I am convinced the manager thinks this is the way Whataburger operates, but he is wrong. He is cheating the customer, because he doesn't understand the difference between a fresh hamburger and one that has sitting on the warming table for the last 30 minutes. I am writing this now because I want a Whataburger and this is the only close one. I just noticed comments from other diners comments to the right...onion rings mushy, fries weren't tasty, bun smashed and meat was very "meh".

Got there at 10 am they were serving breakfast and lunch. Took quite a while since this is normally their busiest time. 20 min through the drive thru. The food was great! They continued to ask if that was everything we asked for in case they got the order mixed up.
