I went to this Whataburger on a Saturday night, usually when I go to Whataburger's it's quite busy and usually takes a hour.I was drunk when I got to the drive thru speaker. We proceeded to wait almost two hours in the drive thru and according to my friend, I practically sobered up by the time we left.Oh yeah, we were missing our fries and I received the wrong burger too.
32 minute wait in drive through. Stale cold food when we finally got our order.
STORY TIME: So today I go to whataburger, sit through a long drive thru, they give me my food I bounce out. Then at home I realize they gave the wrong food so I called them up and they told me to come back get my food I originally ordered, so I waited in the drive thru again to get my food. I asked for my food and the manager said they want the old food back as they are getting scammed a lot. I’m like WTF ”you should of told me that when I called” so I leave go home get the old food out of the trash go back sit in line for the 3rd time. I said here’s the wrong order, they said they didn’t want it and I could throw it away. So I asked them for my food. They gave me my original order that was now 30 minutes old. I said NO I want freshly made food. So they gave me a new burger and fries. Now my trash can is full of Whataburger wasted food because the Whataburger in the safest city (Frisco) in the United States has trust issues due to theft and scams. I do get it, my restaurant has gotten tons of theft too. I’ve seen Kroger Walmart and Sam’s getting stolen from in the self check out multiple times. If the safest city getting robbed and scammed. I’d hate to see how it is in the worst city in America.
Food is decent but I’ve been in this line for 20mins and moved 2 cars and have another 4 cars ahead of mean not counting the other line. If I wasn’t so annoyed with how long this place takes to give out food I would not be writing this. I’m trying my hardest to not break something.
This location has the worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced …every single time. The average wait is 20-40+ minutes any time of day; and that’s me just ordering fries… The staff is consistently unconcerned with speediness and wait times. It almost seems like they just hide in the kitchen to avoid staring at all the customers waiting for their food. When customers do ask for an update, staff states they’ll go check, then they either don’t come back out or say ‘It’ll be out soon,’ which turns into 15-20+ more minutes. Do yourself a favor, avoid this location.
Only time I've ever been disappointed. Drive thru employee didn't say a word to me. Tried to just hand me food and hope I left. Asked for condiments and they rolled their eyes and got them. Drink had a few ice cubes and was watered down. Cold fries. First bad experience from this place. Really hope it was just a fluke
Had to guide employee to provide correct sugar packets (regular sugar over pink sweetener) for coffee. Plastic utensils were missing for biscuits&gravy, so had to ask for it. Employee acknowledged and was kind to make adjustments. Food was great (ordered breakfast combos for 3 adults).
Purchased this Chicken Sandwich Drive thru at 6:00 pm on December 15, 2021 and it was nasty. That is the wrong service, I am sure that none of the employees would it this.
There is NO FAST at this Whataburger!!! Took FOREVER to get food through the drive through…Called store and only received a sigh from the attendant… Then they tried to give us the wrong order twice!Finally went into the store and spoke with the manager and she couldn’t even get the order correct… (which consisted of 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks). Meanwhile two other managers in the store refused to help! Finally I just asked for my money back and left!Save your time and go to another restaurant! Horrible service, this Whataburger is in desperate need of a corporate overhaul because they are damaging the brand!
Just a friendly suggestion: drain the taquito fixings if possible before wrapping in tortilla. The last couple of times I've ordered they've been really juicy. Other than that I have no complaints. Keep up the good work!
