Vitality bowls is one of my favorite chains. Been loyal to them for a few years, use the app, etc. I’d never been to this location but it’s right by my place so I decided to pop over there to use their Fathers Day promo. When I walked in at 6pm, stood there patiently for awhile but received no service. Then another guy walked in from door dash. When a kid popped out from the back he asked for the order. Turns out they never made it so he casually went to the back to do so. About 5 mins later he comes out with the guys order, hands it off, then immediately goes to the back, still not even acknowledging myself as a customer there. I waited 10 more minutes. Nothing. Walked out and took my business elsewhere. Never seen anything like it at a VB, but now I see why this locations ratings are so low. Sad. Great location, I’m sure the rent is high
The açaí bowls are delicious but Vitality needs to hire some employees OR adjust their pick-up times on the app to reflect when they are busier. When you order, no matter the amount of business they have, it’s says 20 minute pick-up. You go there and they are slammed and it takes at least 25 minutes longer. That doesn’t bother me but adjust it on your app. I even started showing up later and it still isn’t ready.
With only six people dining there and they already have their food we been waiting for 20 plus minutes very slow!!!!!The food is great they need to train workers, to be quick they need to train them to be more efficient
I loved how fresh everything was so much that I went back the next day just so I could have the same breakfast again!
Acai bowls were pretty good, though service has room for improvement in pace and professionalism. A couple of teenagers were manning the place and were less interested in the customers than a friend visiting the store.Also I was disappointed to see the contents of a 'large' order only filled about 80% of the bowl. Hopefully it was a mistake and they aren't trying to be stingy.

WOW! This was the worse experience I ever had with customer service. i love my bowls, but the way the cashier treated me I will never forget. He took my money without the and then cursed. Pls Pls get this matter under control, because I will not be back until this is fixed.
I was ordering for the staff on Tuesday 12th and for the first the guy on the other end was the rudest person I ever met. I would not give me his name Or pass the phone to another employee. I'm not sure who he was but someone need to have a chat with.If he has personal problems to remember not to attack the customers.
Very rude male cashier. I will never spend money here ever again. Gave me the wrong food and didn't care when I addressed it. I offered to show my receipt and he didn't care about not giving me what I paid for or even simply an apology. He admitted that it was him who gave me the wrong order but oh well.
Great tasting bowls and the staff is always helpful and friendly.
