I ordered the massive 28oz Vitality Bowl and it was perfectly prepared. The staff were professional and extremely courteous!
Ordered for pickup 15 mins before the store was closing and was shocked to see how it was made… we ordered 2 vitality bowls and was shocked to see there was hardly a big teaspoon of açaí layered at the bottom and the rest was only granola and bananas and strawberries with few berries…. This is an açaí bowl… where is the açaí?… maybe ordering before the store closes was a mistake but they should NOT take orders if they give such experiences
I walked in with my kids, I was not greeted. The customer service was cold.I ordered a breakfast bowl, paid the cost and a tip even though I didn’t want to. The employee acted like she did not want to be thereAnother employee comes out to tell me they don’t have strawberries or bananas and I could pick another bowl.I didn’t want anything else because everything I wanted had strawberries or bananas. I said I wanted a refund and they said they didn’t or couldn’t do one. I asked them to call a manager and they did. I received a refund all except my tip.It was a $1 but it was a tip for service that was not given to me. I wanted to give nothing
I like this place and the food, but I was not happy with the customer service received. The lady just stared into space while I was deciding, she didn’t offer any ideas for what I should order. She didn’t say a word to us the entire time. Didn’t repeat the order back or anything. She is tall, blond, with a round face and greenish blue eyes. I’m not sure her name because she never said a word and wasn’t wearing a name tag.otherwise I’d give it 5 stars! I really like the bowls and the juices.
The best Vitality location hands down, love them all but this is my fave due to a combo of customer service, speed and accuracy on my orders ??
For the price of the bowls you would think they would be full of quality fruits. Ordered dragon bowl kiwi and strawberries were not ripe and pretty much all they put it in it aside from almonds and maybe three goji berries there was no pineapple, raspberries. Way overpriced
Purchased a smoothie, bowl, and salad. Smoothie and bowl were decent but the salad was awful. The greens were limp and brown, cucumber was flimsy not crisp, and had an overall odd taste. By far the worst tasting salad I have ever had. The customer service was nonexistent.

Good food, bowls, and food but, the teenagers that work there really need to work on their customer service skills. They come off like they don’t want to be there and don’t want to work. They are just on their phones and act bothered when customers talk to them. This isn’t even for me, this is my experience viewing a teenage boy working there ignoring and then giving an older man attitude when the older man just was asking how his day was going. Totally shot him down. So rude.
