*update : was able to communicate with the owner who provided the receipt showing the breakdown in costs. Food was in fact $39 but between tip, tax & a cc processing fee, it added up to $50. While still pricey given the unfortunate experience with the food, I can appreciate everything is made from scratch and locally sourced and/or organic clean ingredients.I’m a huge fan of supporting local businesses so would happy to come back and give them another try simply because of the great customer service and ambiance of the place! Thanks Sean!Conflicted writing this review! I really wanted to like this place. It had amazing reviews and looked like a fun spot! They allow dogs on the patio & even brought our dog bowl of water! Staff was super nice.Where it fell short was the food. For $50 for 2 coffees and 2 meals, I was expecting a bit more quality. Which speaking of $50 we did the math and we believe we may have been overcharged. Our order should have maybe only been $40-42.We ordered the short rib hash & the egg white frittata/turkey sausage on side. The eggs on both dishes were VERY overdone. Like burnt. Short ribs lacked flavor, had to smother it in hot sauce to give it any sort of taste. The turkey sausage was also very over cooked. I took only a bite and it was so spicy - spicier than the hot sauce - I believe it was house made so might be something they can adjust. For being a health conscious place, I would have hoped they had sugar free syrups for the coffee.Overall the food was just really underwhelming and disappointing for the price we payed. But absolutely loved the ambiance and the staff.

The menu looked great and since we need gluten free we were excited to have breakfast here. We ordered the short rib hash and the sweet potato hash planning to share so we could taste both. First off the portion size was ridiculously huge. We probably didn’t eat more than half of each. The eggs on top were brown and crispy which is just not the right way to fry eggs. We overlooked the eggs and moved onto the hash. The best thing on either plate was the sweet potatoes. Everything was under seasoned and very oily. As the day went on we realized neither of us felt very good. We believe now that all the oil was making us feel sick and sluggish. Really sorry this was not as good as we had hoped.

As a Realtor it is my job to know all the great eateries, shopping and places to go in DFW. In this day in time we have so many people moving here from out of state. I was in the area showing clients and decided to stop in! Loved the patio and ambiance from the get go, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. My bacon was extra crispy like I liked it and the barista made my latte just like I asked! Looking forward to sharing this place as a recommendation of places to try for my clients! Until next time Live It Up! ✨

This is my first time coming to this establishment…bottom line I will definitely be coming back. They have a lot of options if you are vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, or gluten-free. The food was outstanding, but the service was even better. I encountered several staff members throughout my visit, everyone seemed super friendly, happy and upbeat. You could tell they were genuinely happy to be here. Service like this is hard to come by in this day and age. Fantastic.

I’ve never posted a review in my life, but in the spirit of being inspired, I’ll make an exception for this one. I will never come back here. Food is actually pretty good. But I’ve been here several times - both during peak hours and slower times - and the service might be the worst in the city. My family waited 45 minutes today for our food. Even worse, every table near us had a similar experience. Worse than that, I over heard 3 couples talk about how their orders were lost and they needed to reorder. They lost me as a customer today and I suspect they lost several more families. I hope they figure it out. Shouldn’t be this difficult.

The cafe looks great, food smells and tastes delectable, and the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. It did feel a tad pricey relative to how much food was on the plate, but the overall experience was memorable. A good option if you want healthy food that still tastes great. Definitely stop by for a breakfast/brunch outing.

5 star service. 5 star food. Coal and Allen made this experience a huge plus. Then we got the food and my wife and I were very impressed. Keep up the good work guys!

Trading with a trusted account manager is what can make your dreams come through. For me Mrs Peggy Abbott has the best trading strategies to win. I never believed on any post recommending online trading until I gave a try and the outcome was great for me. Making $7,750 out of $1000 was a whole lot of profit for me.

Nice place for brunch with your family. They have both outdoor and indoor seating options. Have great choices for both vegetarian and vegan. The whole family enjoyed the food. Price is reasonable. Everything tasted good. Staff is very helpful and have smile on their faces. Will visit this place again.

If you are looking for healthy and flavorful meals, do yourself a favor and head over to Up Inspired Kitchen to fuel up on your day!I asked the young man behind the cash register which bowl he recommended and so I ordered the Rib Bowl. You guys, you have to try this! The short rib was so tender that my son kept stealing it! The pickled cucumbers were amazing and had a kick! Also in the bowl was brown rice cooked perfectly and spicy slaw! Topped with a poached egg and I already need this in my life again! My friend ordered the Chicken Harvest Bowl and she was raving about it as well! So I snuck a bite (for research purposes of course) and it also was so flavorful. The sweet potatoes, apples, pecans, a little balsamic dressing…yum. My son ordered the pancakes and if you can believe it, that is the kid meal! Such a great size! He loved the real maple syrup and just give him all the berries! You can see he enjoyed his meal!I had been so curious about their Honey Lavender Latte and was so happy I got it. The floral hints throughout each sip was magnificent. One of the best lattes I have ever had!Head on over to Up, go sit on their cute patio and/or enjoy a game of cornhole while you’re at it. My son enjoyed it and was definitely better at it than I was!
