Great Service!First time here. Came in around 12:45pm (weekday). The store wasn’t very busy, there were just a few people eating. The cashier quickly greeted me, I ordered the Paradise Point smoothie, paid and sat down. Within 3 minutes, the man who made my smoothie walked over and brought it to my table. Very nice touch!The store was very clean, service was great, and my smoothie really hit the spot.I’ll definitely return again soon!
The staff at this location all are super kind and our order was made quickly. Each smoothie we got was delicious. My niece loved her kid smoothie!!
I decided to take my grandma to Tropical Smoothie Cafe before she had her chemo session. Although we had nice smoothies and food our conversation was quickly cut short due to the loud whistling (I believe it’s coming from the vents). The whistling was so loud that it somehow made my grandma’s ears hurt (she even has hearing aids). I’d love to come back to this place but when you hear that whistling the first thing you should do is turn the other way. David, if you’re reading this, fix your store. People shouldn’t have to face the challenge of listening to that whistle when the next challenge they have to face is radiation straight to the breast. Good day.Edit: as I was leaving the store gave me one final whistle. Seriously ridiculous
I've waited a long time to make this review and I just have to do it now. I come here so often with my wife and I we have tried almost every smoothie on the menu. You can't go wrong with any smoothie or any sandwich. Our personal favorites are one the peanut butter pick up 2 The awesome chocolate and 3 mango magic. Always a good time here and the staff is always been incredibly professional and excellent.
So sadly while the food and staff are great the website is a scam. When you place the order online, it appears you're placing directly with Tropical smoothie Cafe. Only to later be billed a service fee by uber postmates, the fee was over $7. For something I picked up myself and was already sitting outside in my car when I placed the order. I would have just walked in, there is no warning you are ordering with a 3rd party and there is no mention of a fee. So this is some uber postmates scam. Uber refused to refund me, so I will be disputing the charge and reporting them to the attorney general. Can't wait for the class action lawsuit on this scam. I can only hope Tropical smoothie discontinues their affiliation with these scumbags. Btw, They are charging 15% of the receipt, plus $2.50 for doing nothing.
First time here and decided to get the smoothie. IT IS SO FREAKING GOOD!!! The 2 employees working were very nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions patiently, and provided recommendations! Thank you David
We love Tropical smoothie, the staff, I haven't learned all their names but all are super friendly, this location in Frisco is very clean, smoothies are really good and the flat breads with shrimp and chicken are also very good.
Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and the place wasn't to croweded. The staff was informative and the food excellent. I ordered the Chipotle flatbread with the Acai Berry. Highly recommend giving them a try.
Love this place for smoothies
I stopped into the Frisco location and was amazed at how this High School girl ran the store this past weekend. She greeted me with a big smile & eye contact. (Hard to come by these days). She was very knowledgeable of everything in the store. Made me a very delicious smoothie just like I requested and genuinely thanked me for coming in. We chatted a bit and I asked her name. My name is Chloe she said. I told her I had not had a quick service dining experience in almost 6 months as wonderful as she made me feel that day. Great customer service, very professional and extremely nice young girl. I can definitely see her and this location doing well and going far in life. Thanks Tropical Smoothie of Frisco for hiring such a great employee. Your smoothies are the BEST!
