My new favorite dish is the Kvaroy Salmon Filet with arugula, fennel, lemon-dill vinaigrette, grilled asparagus. Cooked to perfection. BEST cocktails ever too! Lillet of the vally with Gin , lillet, lavender and lemon. I have never had such an exquisite salad like the Pear & Pistachio- really extraordinary.
