This place has such potential. But there are several things holding it back, starting with service. Walking in and seating yourself is completely fine, I actually like that. But the person helping us never stopped to check in to ask how the food was, never even stopped by to fill up me and my mothers drinks. I had to finally flag him down and ask, because after several times of walking by our table, we needed a drink to keep eating. The 2nd thing is food quality. Potato skins were just thrown in a microwave and heated up, the cheese wasn’t even melted all the way which is the funny part, it was dried out and crusty. The burger was bland with no seasoning, fries were alright, so was the bacon grilled cheese. Now I do love the inside and the atmosphere, and there is so much potential.
My mom and I are here now. The service is fantastic. Shannon is super sweet and accommodating to my picky mother’s needs. She also switched out my wine and comped an entree because we weren’t a fan. Five stars for service and a 4.5 stars for food! We are very happy with what we ended up eating. Will definitely come back to try the other million options for sauces for wings!
I have to rate this establishment with no star. I went into Tailgators on a Friday, gave the bartender my card to so they could pay for my drink. I ordered one drink. I sat there maybe an hour having a moment to myself. I told the bartender I was ready to go so close my tab. The bartender asked me if I wanted to use the card he had I said yes. Do you know that the management said I walked my tab, I was charged 20.00 for a walked tab and charged 4 different drinks. Totalling $32.
The service from the bartenders was very unprofessional.
Nice atmosphere. Digital jukebox was playing some kickin tunes while the TVs we're covering all the sports. Got a tall beer with some happy hour wings. Also grabbed a couple a games of pool.
Stopped in to grab food after shopping and before a softball game with about 1.5 till had to get ready. It was a seat yourself, which was cool and places wasn't that filled. Since everyone was at the bar watching the Masters. I had to leave after waiting for close to an hour and all I got was on drink. My wife, kid, and mom stayed due to hunger and the food showed up about 10 minutes after I left. The waiter only check on us once,. The reason why I only had 1 drink. The music is way to loud and like you in a concert. 380 traffic sinks and like a parking lot. Sadly, this location is placed in the perfect location. Since it is also like a parking lot waiting for food and drink.
If the staff had personalities it might be great! No one spoke to us other than the guy behind the bar. The 2 ladies working never smiled nor did they even look up at us. Sad that this place could be great but the service sucked! We waited over 20 mins for someone to acknowledge us and order! The male bartender was working his tail off at the other end of the bar, The 2 females were in slow motion all evening I was so hoping we would love this place! There isn’t much in our area. We sat at the bar thinking we would be able to get waited on quickly. Apparently if you’re at the bar in the back, you get service after everyone else does twice! Hire some friendly staff and get rid of the resting “b” face girls and you might be successful just my thoughts!
