The place smelled super funky from the outside. It was empty when I went, I think people just do drive through or online pickup. I was thinking twice before entering. The place is cheaper than most taco places but I think that comes with a cost. Filling were nearly empty. The enchilada like thing was good but otherwise the taco was almost empty. Not that good of an experience overall.

I give a 3 because it USED to be my favorite fast food place. Tonight I went in and was met by stares, nobody said a word, they just looked at me. Kind of strange but assume untrained people or shy naybe. Ordered and set down realized you cannot see out the windows any longer, filthy is being nice. Drinks or hot sauce running down the wall (dried) Got my meal, missing the sour cream and guacamole and the manager was training them and they both missed it. Just felt like a place that is no longer my comfort food spot. Maybe when they care enough to clean the windows and train to say hello, good bye, heck anything. Worst review I have ever written and it has been a 15 year staple meal for me.

First off, the food at this location is very good. I rarely eat at Taco Bueno, so, I decided to place an online order so I could take my time looking at the menu and choose what I want. Placing the order was simple. I go to the drive thru to pick up my order, like I’ve done other times, and I was told, “Your order isn’t ready. It’ll be ready in five minutes. Come in and wait for it.” I told him no, I’ll just come around in five minutes. So I park and wait six minutes. I rejoin the now long line and told him I’m here to pick up my order. He says drive around but I here another voice say, “Tell him to come in.” He begins to repeat what he’s told as I pull forward. After arriving at the window, the manager tells the worker to tell me to come in. He says I have to come in. I calmly told him no. Then he asks me why. I told him, “Because I’ve picked up online orders in the drive thru before. When I placed the order the website didn’t state that I have to pick up the order inside.” The manager, with an irritated tone tells the worker, “Just tell him to pull up to the front.” I pulled up and waited 10 minutes for my food. After it was brought out, I checked the food and it was cold, items were missing, and all the extra sides I ordered (and paid for) were not in the bag. The drive thru was wrapped again so I just went home. I shouldn’t have been told/asked to pick up my order inside, which was sitting on the counter. Then to be asked why I can’t get out is nobody’s but mine. I know I sound like a Karen, but this was the first time I’ve ever had an experience like that. From now on I will not place an online order from Taco Bueno.

Usually decent food but today the whole place was off. My order was incorrect I had ordered 3 tacos with sour cream, and 3 tacos no tomatoes 1 combo burrito and 1 party taco and party burrito.1. No taco had tomatoes not 1 at all.2. No taco had sour cream3 my party taco only had half the shell, great for a kid to eat4. I could see the staff was having issues.5 an older gray hair lady tosses my food onto a table and made an angry gesture at the kid working the window.6 I saw several cars have to go into the store to get items left out of their bags.7. Items not made correctly to brand standards 2 of my tacos had no lettuceJust drive to other locations this place isn't ran well... at least not the night shift.

Incorrect hours online. Drove 27 miles out of the way only to find a closed Taco Bueno ?. It was kinda creepy, with a flashing lamp post and completely dark. ?

The shrimp tacos were very good and their salsa was delicious and had the right amount of kick! The quesadilla was alright, it had more cheese than meat, but was good.

I came through the drive thru last night and I had the pleasure of speaking with Tasha through the headset and at the window. I did let her know beforehand that I was going to place a large order and she was very patient and got everything correct. Her customer service was phenomenal. Thanks guys.

Food was really good. Don't typically like Mexican fast food but have had multiple great meals from this location.

Can't really say much. They are to the point and get food out fast. It's hot and good. But they don't have much customer service and barely talk.

If you don't serve aguas frescas FOREVER then put a paper on the aguas frescas drive thru menu saying that!? Wasting people's time.
