If I could rate them 0 stars I would, I have on several occasions received the wrong order here, and on the off chance they give me the correct order it’s completely filled with lettuce! They have horrible customer service and the food is terrible I guess the jokes on me for giving them so many chances to get their act together, I’d literally rather lose a kidney than come back here hopefully they close down soon and are replaced by a store that cares about the services they provide customers!?
What’s started as a normal regular night, ended so sweetly Jeremiah working the night shift drive thru was such a pleasure to encounter he was patient and kind, thorough and an exemplary employee. I wish I had cash to tip that young man I hope the manager sees this and is able to commend him on doing such a fantastic job even when the line was long he treated us like we were the only customers there.The person taking the orders was also very kind, it was very refreshing to encounter such a nice group of young men and women.
To the woman who worked the drive thru last night, you are incredible and deserve a raise! Was treated so professionally I almost thought I was at the wrong place.
The only good thing I got out of this was the free hot sauce.Ordered chicken power bowl. Got home to a lettuce and bean power bowl.Late night orders.. Stay away
Got a grande burrito and a taco combo. Burrito wasn't quite hot enough but tasted good. Service at the drive through was a little slow.
Waiting for 30mins stuck in drive thru without an escape route due to extremely slow service. Lobby is closed and clearly this location did not staff enough employees. Terrible.
When is Taco Bell is a good idea when kids want something fast and great taste! One our favorite go to places
This is unfortunately the worst taco bell around. Almost every second order there is screwed by them. The actual meats in tacos/burritos is minimal.We are so upset with them that whenever are able to we go to the one in Celina or the best one around on Custer next to the home Depot ( I think it's McKinney).
Ordered two beef burritos with cheese. Got one and it was a beef with cheese “sauce”; dining room closed so they made us go back through drove thru. After 10 more minutes we talked to order taker who apologized and said she misunderstood. She would prepare two more and comped them. We drove off again. This time we got two. But now each had beef, cheese sauce again, not cheddar, and rice added. Still wrong. Customer service tried. Quality and order was wrong. Repeated visits with bad service to this location is a a problem. This is our last visit to this location and we determined worth the time to share. Frisco TX - 5656 Eldorado - Taco Bell 031735
Absolutely awful, this is taco bell one knows what to expect. However, the quality and quantity and presentation of our order was not acceptable even for Taco Bell.
