What happened to this place? Woman behind the counter couldn’t care less about being there. I ordered sweet potato fries and got regular. The bathroom toilet in the mens room does not work and looks like it gets cleaned once a week. The chicken strips were burned and overcooked, but the batter was also soggy like the oil was too cold when they put them in and had to cook them longer because they were underdone. This absolutely destroyed the chicken fingers. Sauces are good, but the rest of this place is just terrible. We used to love coming here but it’s clear, they don’t care anymore and you can tell.
This place was freaking awesome! Hands down best buffalo chicken sandwich I've had. It's one of my favorite foods so I've had that all over. Highly recommend if you're having a hankering for a chicken sandwich. The prices are a bit higher than other fast food places, but I really do think it is worth it. The rosemary fries were stellar as well.
Place is newish but awful inside.AC was not working on 05/10/2022Blonde girl with black roots and faded extensions was rude.The girl in the red hair was nice at the register.They stack their fries and raw chicken in baskets for hours on end.Do not dine here
Used to love this restaurant. We visited last night and the every table was dirty. It was Friday night and the place was empty. The floor had old food on it and the back of the restaurant had a funky smell. The cashier was not friendly at all. We ended up leaving before eating due to fear of food poisoning and being utterly disgusted. Until they fix this restaurant location, stay away. Too bad. They used to have excellent food and service.
This place is the bomb!! Worth every penny. Love the wide flavor selection for the custard. I tried all the sauces, and each one is great! The fried pickles are tasty, too! Staff is friendly, great customer service. Thanks Super Chix!
Super Chix has some really nice chicken tendies. The closest parallel in flavor is chick-fil-a, but these are a larger, juicier tender. My qualms with Super Chix are that it is sometimes a little slow (pic of the boys walking out because we couldn’t get counter service), price (tough to justify sometimes because it is basically fancy chick-fil-a IMO), and really bad cell service in the building (This is really Verizon’s fault, but it’s still annoying that it is particularly bad here). Other than that it’s a home run fried chicken spot.
Stopped here for lunch on a very busy Sunday afternoon. Staff was very nice, the place was pretty dirty but I could see they were doing all they could to keep things up.Prices are pretty cheap comparable to any fast food chain but the food was delicious. The fries I got had obviously just been made and were perfect. Very similar fries to twisted root and in&out. The little sauce station they give you has every available flavor the store offers on the chicken so if you re not sure what to get just get a regular sandwich and try all the sauce options on your own. I'll definitely come back for lunch sometime.
If the chic fil a line is too long and you dont mind paying over double for less than but comparable food and you despise good customer service...why dont you stop inside Super Chix, there will be no line for sure.
Awsome food! The family has been asking to gi and we finally made the trip. Korean BBQ was really good...in the sweet side for sure. The breading was crispy yet light. Nashville chicken was a hit, and so was the cheesy BBQ. Loaded fries was really good, and you can pick an assortment of sauces to out in a cup for dipping! We shall be back....many more items to try!
Food was meh, fries were literally the bottom of the barrel, salad had way too much sauce. But good quality chicken. Food was priced decent.
