Literally sitting outside of the store as I type this.While some may elect to not wear a mask; I do so for my own protection against Covid and the flu, etc. as I am high-risk. The gentleman on duty had a mask on that was pulled down under his nose. Prior to him making my sandwich I VERY POLITELY SAID, “Would you mind pulling your mask up over your nose; as I’m high risk?” He could literally look and me and see what I was talking about. His response was to laugh rudely like I was insane for asking; and then he proceeded to say, “Not my problem.”Instead of giving him the response he surely deserved, I said, “You know; don’t worry about it.” and left the store.I will NOT be back and I would give zero stars if I could.On a side note, sweeping dirt on the floor while people are actively eating is rude and gross… but not surprising that was occurring (courtesy of the same individual), when I walked in.
Charged me, gave me no food.Paid for my food, they saw after that they forgot to charge me for something but I received an alert on my phone I was charged. It was like $1.00 off but instead of adding new $1.00 sale they tried to cancel it which didn’t show it worked.So I was charged for food, didn’t get food, now I have to waste time talking to my bank and they’re going to lose money because of chargeback and me never coming back. Horrible customer service, no common sense at all. Just add the $1.00 as a new sale but now lost a lifetime customer and all future sales.This was the same person who forgot part of my order before and I had to drive back from home to get it so I’m not surprised. This is what I get for giving them another chance I guess.
We ordered a take out from this place. AllI wanted for my daughters sandwich was onion and tomatoes in it. I found 1.5 slice of tomato and 3 strands on onion in the sandwich. The dressing was all dumped in the middle of sandwich. And there was so much salt, the sandwich was not even eatable. The other two sandwiches on the order was no better. Less ingredients, less dressing, just blah. I am so upset with the service of this place. It used to be my favorite Subway and I used to go there all the time.. not anymore. Will have to find another location now. Poor poor sandwich making skills.

Awesome restaurant
Bad customer service if the worker have a problem at home or he hates the job its not the customers problem to see that, if he working for me I will fire him on the spot.

Luz was fantastic. What a great attitude, she honestly made my day. From the moment I walked in she made it we feel like we were old friends. Just an outstanding person in general. I hadn't come to Subway in a few years but definitely coming back to this location after this experience, thanks Luz the world needs more like you
