Ordered from mobile app - sweet onion chicken teriyaki with cheese, but gave rotisserie chicken and no cheese and veggies were messed up - in the second sandwich ordered steak, but no steak and cheese and gave banana pepper which was not in order list. The preparer seems not able to interpret the order and require proper training. The amount of ingredients seems less compared to other subways. Restaurant is clean and have ample parking.
I'm not sure why other people would say they have bad customer service, because I think they have the best customer service of any Subway I've been in!

Ordered veggie delight footlong online. Horribly made sandwich!! Not sure what rocket science is needed to assemble a veggie sandwich!! Money down the drain, super disappointed.

Have been eating here for years and always had good experience, today we had short lady who was really ignorant and disrespectful, almost had big argument with her on just changing bread.
May 20, 2021 I went to pick up my sandwiches that I had ordered over the internet. First of all I want is the sauces be put on the side and they were not. I got the sandwiches home the bread was so hard it was very hard to eat. All new people in there and apparently they don’t know what fresh bread. They also put the sauce on the bread and not on the side. They said it was not on the order. They showed me the receipt showed me it was not on the receipt to put it on the side. The receipt on the bag with my sandwiches and it had it on it, they just didn’t read it. They were very rude about it, but they did make the sandwiches again, and the bread was so hard you can hardly eat it. Do not waste your money at this subway. Lebanon and Preston Road, FRISCO, TX
I would just go with the Jersey Mike’s shop down the road. Better quality and fresher ingredients. This Subway used to be fairly good, but not as much as it once was.
