Worst customer service. Online app is slow and took me 40 minutes to get it to go through. Then I get to the store and they tell me that they did not get it. I showed them order confirmation number and email that confirmed my order. I asked what do I need to do then since I paid via app. Lady just kept saying she does not know and can’t make without order coming to their system and couldn’t tell me how to cancel so they I can just place order at store. She just kept saying for me to figure it out!!!!! Will not be returning here.
The service is extremely poor , they close the store 15 minutes earlier than closing tome of 10 pm. Not a good service, look somewhere else.
DO NOT ORDER DOORDASH OR UBER!!! THEY WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT! To my fault, should have never trusted them when you can't see your food made. 3x in a row they ignored toppings or dressing, your order will always have missing items.1, sandwich was dry bc they failed to put any dressings(mayo, oil or vinegar)2, failed to put cheese on a MEATBALL SANDWICH, so essentially only had meat and bread.3, missing toppings, wrong bread, missing cheese.Those were just 3x... so go in person, or order from another.Oh, and they never answer the phone
So 9:30 and the adore is closing....sign on door says hours of operation until 10pm....guess that is unless the folks closing in there have a better option...
Consistently delicious, staff was friendly and the service was quick.
I ordered a sandwich at 7:30pm and was advised it would take 25 -30 mins. At 8:27pm the driver showed up. This shop is 1 mile from my residence. Meanwhile I tried calling the shop only to have the phone ring forever...at least until they apparently took the phone off the hook so I got a busy signal. My sandwich was supposed to be toasted but arrived as cold as could be. Pathetic service
