Worst customers services, and they don’t know how to make a sub,They provided two scoops Meat but half filled.I used to come here once in a week, but from now I won’t be coming back.Scammers!!

Beware of scam! I caught them putting only half the amount of turkey on my sandwich WHILE asking me if I wanted double meat. Uh, if you only give me 50% of the meat of course I want double. How about you stop trying to up-sell me double meat and instead put the full amount of regular meat on there!The meat has been frayed and torn which makes it easy for them to still grab 3 or 4 pieces but they are basically half slices. See the image. I did NOT remove any meat from the sandwich. This is at least 200% less meat than any other sandwich place.

Tracey Mitten owned and operated I’ve never been so blatantly disrespected and disregarded as a person of color than these two workers at this subway establishment. They literally saw me walk in, didn’t acknowledge me. I stood in line but they allowed 3 other people to walk in front of me and serve them first. All spoke Spanish, then the lady in the photo at the cash register was incredibly rude making my sandwich and taking my payment. I know what the word pinche’ means and it was said to me on my way out. I didn’t even provoke them in any way. They need to be let go. Totally disrespectful

I enter this restaurant #11889 at 9:50 pm on 4/6/22 and kept saying hello for 5 minutes. A Latina lady who was working in the kitchen and was listening to something on her phone came and asked me to leave. I reminded her that I kept saying hello since 9:50 for 5 minutes but she said you can leave now then she opens the door and escorted me out of the restaurant. Before I walked out I asked her are you refusing service and she said yes, she start saying things in Spanish (but I don't speak Spanish so I am not sure what she was saying - either good or bad) and fixing the dinning table and ignored me. I asked for her name and she said "No name" and covered her name tag with her hand and said her manager will there in the morning.I don't understand why I am being escorted out of the restaurant (which is humiliation and the terrible customer service) if the restaurant closes at 10 pm and when the door was still open? I would like to let the Subway franchise know this was an unacceptable customer service. I am raised very well in a very respectful and educated family, and I myself am a very well educated Software Engineer and such behavior has no place in my family. Subway franchise definitely lost a good regular customer tonight and I won't be visiting any of Subway franchise restaurants ever again because I rather spend my money where their employees greet me with respect and provides a good customer service and I tip them at the end as a thank you.

Store was clean. Online order was ready when we got there. The soda machine had no sprite in it. The employee didn't smile at all.... And I know this bc he wasn't wearing a mask. Or a hat, which I know is the dress code.What's wrong with this picture?#1- there is only 2 tomatoes (supposed to be 3)#2- no avocado (I paid extra for this)#3- hardly any sauce#4 no cheese#5- it's an ugly sandwichSubway coupons/discounts are only available if you order online. But how am I supposed to do that when they make the sandwich like they don't care.

Definitely don't go here while they're open. You will wait 15 minutes at the counter and not get served because they only have one cashier on duty and she doesn't know what she's doing. Might have better luck doing it yourself when they are closed

I was at the Location for Vegie delight footlong. Employee here will make your sandwich superfast. While making she will just toss the vegetables on the bread and was Rushing in making it. I politely requested her to please slow down and be gentle, instead she sarcastically says "yes yes yes". She is a Short Hispanic lady "Beware". This is my last time coming here:(

This has to be the worst location ever. I made an online order for pickup. There were 3 items I ordered and every single one of them was made incorrectly!! Even on my receipt and the print out, the adjustments were clearly printed. However, once I got home with the sandwiches and salad, I discovered that everything I had requested had been ignored and the whole order was wrong!Do not bother with this location. It really should be closed down or all the staff retrained, including it’s manager!!
