This is the worst subway I have ever been. I wondered why this place is empty at peak lunch time, and got a answer after I ordered my food. Lady who took the order was very rude and was not adding veggies as requested in the sandwich. Another lady who came from the backside of the store came and I was expecting her to be more hospitable, but she turned out to be much ruder than the other lady. I would never visit this store again and would not recommend it. I hope store management takes cognizance of this and they correct their attitude and are more hospitable.
If I could give then ZERO stars I would. They cheat the customer by only putting 4 slices of turkey on a 6 inch, instead of 6. They also don't have any respect for customers. The new slices are much thinner than before and all other subways give 6 slices of meat. (same owners own Watters and 121 location , which also only puts 4 slices.) STAY AWAY!!
I wish if I could give them 0 star. They rude and unprofessional. The guy who works there didn't answer our basic question about a sandwich on their menu.

The place is very clean, great sandwiches, speedy service. The staff is great especially Maria Villa. She always makes it a pleasure to come to this Subway's.
4 Star to the food quality but the low rating is for the store.I placed online order thru app: 2 Subs first and later decided to add 1 more. Orders placed between 6 30 - 6 40. Pick up time was 6 55 and 7. I went by 7 and told someone picked the first one. Both orders were on same name thru same Customer ID. Not sure, how 1 was handed over to someone else. Concern is not on it. But I need to push for my replacement and hence the sandwich was filled with less quantity. She did out of no interest. Also my request has comment to cut but for one of it, it was not. I noted her and she did for the second one. They need a better tracker for online / App orders.
My wife and I stopped at this Subway last night and ordered a 6 inch ham. The subway employee put 4 thin little pieces of ham on the sandwich and with a drink and chips it cost $10.89. Not a good value for basically a bread sandwich. We will not be going to Subway anymore. Firehouse and Jimmy Johns from now on.
Yesterday I ordered online using one of your coupons. It white screened on me and I didn’t get a confirmation of order or anything. I got charged on my bank account though. I said “okay stuff happens” so I drove to the store on my lunch break that I selected and asked if they had it. They whispered to each other and called me a liar, I couldn’t believe it. Then the employee told me to figure it out not his problem. Not only this but they were extremely rude to the man in front of me telling him if his coupon doesn’t work then tough luck pay or get out of line as he tried to please his case. Employee cussed at me under his breath as I left. Might be the worst service anywhere I’ve ever got. I lost my lunch time at work, and got insulted, and robbed - literally.
My sandwich arrived barely wrapped and half opened. They don't seal the bags for food delivery, won't be ordering again.
