The Starwood Cafe was one of my best dining experiences . Heading to the airport we stopped for breakfast. Seating was immediate, all staff we encountered were knowledgeable, friendly & courteous. Our omelettes were prepared perfectly & I had the best glass of freshly squeezed OJ I've ever had.We were amazed how quickly we received our order as well. If you're thinking this restaurant was empty, it was far from it.I'll definitely be a return customer when in town. Great job Starwood!
I can’t express how clean , organized and customer oriented this restaurant. They set a high standard for customer service .The manager Israel and his crew are an example that all restaurants should follow.Kudos to you all for such a great place. .Very highly recommended ?
It was my 3rd time dining there, and every time has been an excellent experience. Nataliya took care of my and had great service and was kind and quick to get everything I needed. The chocolate chip pancakes have a TON of chocolate, and they warm up their syrup for you too! The orange juice is legit as well. Very tangy and flavorful. If you want breakfast with high quality at an ihop pace, go to Starwood.
The chicken fried steak is mediocre and tastes very plain. Meat has no taste and not very tender.
This hands down was an amazing place to go!!The food was perfect. The server was amazing with the gluten free knowledge. I can’t wait to go back!
A five star experience for sure! Menu choices from sausage gravy and biscuits on the side to avocado toast and egg whites. It was excellent. The service was super sweet and friendly, the Starwood latte was impressive, the music was hopping, and the bathrooms were very clean. They even offered a water to go. Love this place!
If I could give this place a zero I would. The sever polite asked me and my family to leave after we were done with our mean because of a 2 hour wait time I understood and we left but there werent many people waiting and when I called to ask the wait time after leaving it was 25 minutes. I've work at restaurants I understand but at the same time I don't like being lied to. ?There are to many very good breakfast restaurants out there for me to come back to a restaurant with bad customer service.I don't get to spend much time with my parents so this was important for me to see them I'm very disappointed.
It was my first time here, the food was AMAZING! I got the Chicken Fried Chicken. My hash was a little cold by the time I got my plate, it didn’t bother me so I figure why make a fuss about it. It was quite busy so why make a silly thing over hash. My server was Lola, she was AMAZING as well! I’ll be back for sure to try different items on the menu.
Used to order from here all the time. Recently, Everytime we order takeout it’s incorrect. A couple times, it wasn’t bad enough to make a stink about it. This last time, we made it home with nothing even remotely close to our order. I called to let them know we were going to come back, so they could remake it, and was put on hold.. no one came to the phone. After calling 3x I get patched through to the manager. He didn’t even sound surprised or sorry for that matter, but agreed to start remaking it. When we got there to pick it up, we got an apology which was nice, but no concessions from the manager. Didn’t even bother to speak to me. I am not the type to generally take the time to write a review, but this really proved how downhill customer service has gone. Won’t be returning to this location.
