The last three times I’ve been in the lobby there’s been a shift lead that’s always doing SOMETHING to embarrass or put down the other baristas. As a manager myself, I understand there are certain issues that will need to be addressed, but this manager’s methods are just embarrassing for everyone involved. I’ve never been in a Starbucks where they thought it was OKAY to make their staff feel like they weren’t safe or welcome at work, and it happens every time I sit in the lobby while he’s also working. It just makes for an uncomfortable environment, and I feel sorry for the people who work there who have to put up with it.
Either their google hours are wrong or they closed early yesterday 4/22. I arrived at 845 pm and they weren’t open. But that’s actually not the reason why I gave them one star. When arriving at the drive through this very rude woman just looked at me with a very annoyed look and just screamed “closed”. Not, “hey we close at this time. Please see us tomorrow” just screamed closed as if she was offended I was there during the times posted on google.

Horrible service. Ordered a bag of ground coffee through mobile app. Waited 10 mins then I checked with the cashier lady and she didn’t get back with me. Waited another 15 mins asked again and was told it’s out of stock by another barista. That cashier could have just told me right away when she found out they were out of stock but didn’t bother telling me. She looked at the coffee shelf and asked someone about it but never tell me. She knows I’m staring at her and waiting for my order. She didn’t even know how to do a refund back on my card. No apology from her!!! I wasted 30 mins and walked out with no coffee! I stopped drinking Starbucks because 99% of time the barista makes horrible coffee, it’s like they don’t follow the recipe. Now I will completely stop drinking and buying ground coffee from Starbucks. This has happened on many occasions where you order a bag of coffee or food and they are not available at pick up. Maybe the mobile app team needs to work on how to fix this issue. I think I’m pretty much done with Starbucks. Not that I’ll make a difference on their sales but I’m just over it.
Great customer service at this location. I came in for a pink drink and blonde vanilla latte. My barista Shelby had a great attitude and was very friendly. Made a long Tuesday better, and the drinks were tasty.
My absolute favorite Starbucks of all time: every individual here is one of the kindest souls I ever encountered. Mark in the drive thru made my daughter’s day the other morning by giving her a mermaid sticker that she wore proudly all day.

I took coffee yesterday they did not even filter it out and gave me coffee I did choke so hard almost ended up being in ER please don’t do this again
The speed these folks get orders completed is amazing. Everyone is lovely and friendly. Must be the caffeine!
This location is the closest to our house and we frequent it often,they always produce good coffee and the people there are always fantastic and very friendly I wouldn't suggest however if you're in a larger vehicle be careful because the drive-thru Lane is very very narrow.
