Discovered I was drinking spoiled milk exp 5/11 and it’s 5/17. Not very proactive after I brought it to their attention…they were checking for more stock and I sat down not to continue standing at the counter. No one came back out so I returned to the counter to ask for a refund since they didn’t seem to care enough to approach me about refund or at all.
blonde espresso? out of stock. nonfat milk? out of stock. drink covers? out of stock. drink stoppers? out of stock. good attitude from the employees? nowhere to be seen. save your time and go to the starbucks across the street
this Starbucks comapred to the other ones in the area lacks customer service , workers seem like they hate their job & today the girl was not feeling it at all . I so get it but it brings down energy and I definelty will go to the other Starbucks like on coit , they greet you when you walk in and are always in a good mood especially on register
Literally the worst, slowest, and always out of stock Starbucks. I immediately regret getting in line when I go here.
Overpriced coffee and food with horrible service. We made an online order because the app said they were open and taking orders. My wife arrived and the door was locked and they just kept shouting they were closed. After standing outside in 22 degree weather for 10 minutes someone came to the door and told her it was a system error and they wouldn't be open for another 30 minutes. So she had to go to McDonald's and was late for work. Then I had to de-ice my truck just to drive up here to get my refund because they were not answering the phone. Starting to understand why the line at dutch brothers down the street is always so long.
Hands-down the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Zero customer service. Two days in a row they messed up my order and then proceeded to argue that they were correct until realizing that they were incorrect. Never an apology, or a thank you, or even a smile. Will never go back to this location.
If you don’t pre-order your drink or go through the drive thru, plan on waiting about 20 minutes for your one drink… Drink came out fine, but not worth the wait.
I have never gone to a more horrible Starbucks! No stoppers in my coffees, they looked as if they were just slammed down on the counter when I got there to pick them up, and last but not least my coffee was disgusting! I’ve promise I have never had a good experience with this location! Ever! At this time, the coffee was just like water and coffee grounds. Total disappointment.

I ordered the Dragon Drink for the first time and was super curious to see the vibrant color! When I drove up in the drive thru, the barista didn’t state anything about being out of fruit inclusions. We had paid, and even while giving the drink, this lady didn’t mention why my drink was white. She was ready to shift us along when we literally had to ask why this iconic drink had no tint. We received a response with “sorry we ran out”. Terrible experience, if you don’t have the key ingredients to a drink at least inform us before taking our cash. Not coming again.
