I work around the mall so I frequent this Starbucks a lot, and just had the best morning order with Simon! He was super energetic and happy, definitely what helps get the morning started with your coffee. I had two separate orders and even wanted things that hadn’t been put out yet, and he stayed positive and happy the whole time!This Starbucks can get crazy busy, so Simon being so happy and energetic really helped make my morning. Everyone there is typically friendly, but he really stood out!
This was the most F#€ked Starbucks I've ever visited and I've been in them.all over the world... Most disorganized and unwelcoming place I've ever had coffee. 4 employees chatting and not working behind the counter while one employee tried to make the coffee.
Too expensive for hot milk. It doesn't even taste like coffee at all and their prices recently increased.
Great location the staff is friendly. The shift lead Thea will go out of her way for customers to make sure that everything is done correctly and she will always do it willingly she never gets upset when you ask her questions. Thea is what excellent customer service looks like.Best starbucks experience ever!
My visit here was ok. My iced coffee was good though.
The lady was perfect. She remembered the drink she made for my mate when he wouldn't tell me what was in it.
I have finally learned that I don't like Starbucks. I don't like strong coffee. I prefer medium or mild roast. I wanted something warm to drink and I asked the barista for something on the sweet side. She couldn't figure out what I meant so I wound up with a coffee that I threw out.
Ordered a pumpkin spice Frappachino. The person didn't ask what size , when taking my order.
They had to redo my ice coffee 3 times ..they don't listen
Love Starbucks just wish they would come down on their prices a little.. stores are always cleaned and most were busy when I come in..
