I ordered some breakfast, sous vide eggs and London Fog Tea Latte, through the mobile app. Order was ready and waiting for me when I arrived, everything was correct. Staff were friendly. Parking and the drive-through are a challenge at this location, though. Poorly designed, and located right off a major road. Hard to get in and out of due to the very busy, high traffic area.
We ordered 3 drinks & 2 cake pops. The guy handed us the right cake pops & the Frappuccino. The. He handed us a white chocolate mocha, which we did NOT order. So we gave it back. Then he tried to hand a grande Caramel machiatto. But we ordered one with triple shot. & a vente. Finally after a few trys He got it right. But my Daughter-n-law said her vente drink had too much milk in it & they must've taken the messed up grande & just added enough milk to make a vente
Fast service excellent coffee,with a smile.
Coffee here isn't very good because it's often flavorless. Not enough coffee or white chocolate flavor in wither of my hot or iced version. I've even asked them to only fill the milk up to the 2nd black line but they seem to be clueless here. My fault for continuing to believe they can elevate their coffee. Go to the location south on Preston by Grub, much better.
I ordered 4 items, they gave me 3, I waited for the other item for 20 mins, when I asked for it, she looked at me and asked if I have paid for it. So rude!
Rude as hell and wrongly put my drink for the drive through line while I waited forever. Wasnt even apologetic
2 stars for customer service. The wait time in the drive through lines are absurd. 2 times this week having to wait 20 minutes in line when there was barely only 3 cars ahead of me.
Mark has excellent customer service. He recovered a messed up order very professionally and courteously. He's a major asset to the company.
Do not order the lemonade or any variation of it. I ordered a pink lemonade for my self and one for my daughter and it was the nastiest drink we've ever had. It tasted like they squeezed a bunch of lemon juice into a cup with water, topped off with ice and sent it through. I added 4 packets of sugar and it tasted like I had done absolutely nothing.
