This Starbucks is by FAR the WORST one I’ve ever been too. The past 2 times I’ve gone I haven’t been able to receive my food item… FOOD ITEM… ONE!! The first time I went they were backed up and I had to be somewhere in less than 10 minutes and at this point I have been waiting for 15 for a heated up Ham & Swiss Croissant! She gave me my refund and I left upset and hungryThe second time was this morning and was my last straw. I was having a bad morning and was starving and very tired and I wanted to try and get my croissant. So I went and the line was long (as normal) and it took 15 minutes to get to the speaker. I ordered the same thing as last time and she said “Just one Ham & Swiss Croissant alright $4.82” I pull up and the guy said “We are out of them.”At this point I was fed up! He had the guts to tell me “I’m sorry”. NO! Your not sorry because you could’ve told me they were out in the beginning or you could’ve replaced it with something else.I will never return to this location! I don’t recommend it whatsoever!
Service is ok, a little slow and they're often out of coconut milk, almond milk and oatmilk.
One of the worst Starbucks around! This place is constantly closing early and they don’t put that on their website on anything. Decided to go there and was in line before their “3:30” closing time and they had already been closed and the employees had a sign on the floor… nobody is going to see a sign about closing at 3:30 if it’s closed -.- always a horrible experience when I go to this Starbucks in particular. Worse thing was just waiting to drive up to see the sign and not being able to leave the drive thru because of both cars in front abs behind me.
Highly would not recommend. The staff is full of kids, literally young lazy kids. The drive thru line is always super long because they move so slow. Worst Starbucks ever it’s just convenient because it’s close.
This is suppose to be a salted Carmel cold brew, little to no cold foam. Need to stop coming to this location they have consistently made bad drinks.
Just waited in line for 15 mins at the drive thru to get the two worst drinks I’ve ever had at any Starbucks. When I asked the two kids at the window about my drinks, their response was “I don’t know I didn’t make the drink” …..ummm ok thanks! On top of the fact that I ordered a caramel brûlée latte and it tasted like watered down milk. Absolutely no flavor; honestly not even sure if they put espresso in it. If I was Starbucks I’d shut this location down. It is the worst one I’ve ever been to. Starbucks should be embarrassed.

Something is up with this location lately. Yesterday, after waiting fifteen minutes past my online order arrive time, an employee informed me that the wait was going to be at least another ten minutes. The lobby was filled with a lot of boxes of supplies that had not been stocked and a lot of unhappy people. Thankfully, the employee refunded my money since I couldn’t wait any longer for my order. This evening, I had to wait another ten minutes past the arrive time and there was hardly even anyone in the store. As I was waiting, I looked around and the place was really dirty. The pick up counter looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in hours and the floor had debris all over. This location has been fine in the past so I will hang in there with them. Hopefully management will get this store back in shape soon!
The place is good , the music super old fashioned, & it is important to increase the service speed at front?
Everyone at this location is amazing, but Sarah has gone above and beyond with her outstanding customer service time and time again. Thank you all for all that you do. This is my favorite location by far.
