I went to the drive-through several times but this was the first time I’ve actually been into the location and I am shocked. They have bugs inside their display case I’m talking at least 20. I told the barista and she said oh yeah we know… Are you kidding me? That is absolutely disgusting and it seemed like they just did not care at all like it was no big deal. DO NOT ORDER HERE
Reida was freaking amazing. She definitely made my morning. She did so well I had to go to the atm to ensure I tipped her. Y’all need more people like Reida not only at Starbucks but in the world.
Longest wait time of all Starbucks. They’re constantly out of everything & the staff is extremely rude. Worst experience. Took me 10 min to order one drink and the guy told me to hold on to check on something and then came back and asked what I wanted, totally disregarding that I’d already partially ordered. Terrible service here.
The quality of this locations service is so inconsistent. Also, they can’t seems to keep venti cups in stock. A little tired of always having to carry two talls instead of one drink.
We tried the lemon chicken burger, fries and onion rings. Was surprised how onion rings came out, very crunchy! Very well packed too! Will definitely try again.
staff was friendly and courteous. unfortunately my order for a nitro cold brew took much longer than anticipated. Overall the service was great but I would go to another location or through drive through if you’re in a rush.
If you love watered down coffee, incorrect orders, and low quality come to this Starbucks. You pay a premium price for a terrible product. I don’t know why but this Starbucks is the worst location in the area. They continue to deliver a sub par experience every time. Instead of fixing their coffee they just reliever a poor experience.
I am giving this location 2 stars for pleasant staff. However, I can never get a consistent tasting basic caramel macchiato or white chocolate mocha. Maybe it’s high turnover with staff or lack of training. If your looking for consistency in flavor of your coffee whether on the standard menu or specialty, this is not the location for that.
Best Starbucks in the area!! Drinks always taste the best of any Starbucks i’ve been to, and are made quickly. Employees are always so sweet, they make my morning everyday. Eli and Frankie took my order this morning and were amazing !! Thank you guys!! Keep up the good work !!
Needs better customer service. Also when receiving my drink the cup was covered in a brown substance from the bottom of the cup to the top. I had to get out of my car and go inside. When I told the employee the issue she then proceeded to ask what I was needing and I was confused I responded with “do you not see this cup?” she then gave me a new cup. I understand that they are short staffed but to give someone a dirty cup is unacceptable.
