the food and drinks are normally great, however there is one carhop who will put his hands into your car. it’s super weird and makes me very uncomfortable s you’d think someone working in the d service industry would have a little more social awareness

The food was good, but the woman who took my order couldn't understand what I was saying and I repeated myself like five times to her. She would disappear from the speaker like a ghost?, not say a thing, and never come back. Not trying to be rude or racist but please get someone who speaks and understands proper English to operate the speakers. It definitely makes a difference! This is DFW and most people don't have a lot of time on their lunch breaks and what not to wait around for 10 minutes for someone to understand their order.

Ordered a small coke and 3 large cups of Ice. Carhop tried to short change my daughter by 2 dollars when giving her the change back from her twenty. When we drive off I start to drink my coke. Its a cream coke instead of just a coke.
It's sonic. Comfort food, location is very slow, but oh well.
Warren plano location has been good experience. Food is fresh and hot. Shakes are best kids love it
