Definitely need to increase staffing as it is very busy and the wait can be very long. Was sitting at a broken stall (#6) and literally had to wait all over again at new stall.Customer service however is great! And really friendly team!
Sitting in the stall for 30 min after waiting 10 min to order is not what I expected at 4 on Saturday afternoon. I even asked one of the car hops for an update. She said she would check then ignored me. My husband drove 20 min to the sonic by our house, ordered, got his food and was already back home before anyone brought me my food at this location.
My boyfriend and I just left this Sonic after waiting for about 20 minutes. We were in stall 6 and the button was pushed but no one came on. Then we moved to stall 8 and the button had already been pushed but we pushed it again and no one came on again. There are only 14-16 bays (which is nothing compared to where we are from in Oklahoma) I understand it may be understaffed but if the bays are not working you should close them off
I ordered my dinner in the mobile app to be ready at 8:20. I get there at 8:17 and check in but have an error comes up saying to press the red button. That’s what i do and they shut it off. So i go to another and press the button and they shut that off i got to 3 and they shut off all of them. I go to the drive thru and they refuse to take my order or even hear what i have to say so i go to the window. And the lady starts yelling at me that they aren’t taking any orders and i said i have a mobile order and they said we don’t take mobile orders. I show my receipt and they close the window and get my food and it was Ice cold. It was 8:40!!! Horrible this location needs new management they are the worst location ever
I came here on a Friday night with my husband after a long week in the office to enjoy a nice cheat meal! We went through the drive through and no one helped us even though we saw another car waiting for food. So we pulled into the car hop and ordered instead. When we finally got the food the fries and tots were stale and the burgers were not hot!! We would rather wait for freshly made food. We will not be back we paid over $21 and it was not worth it! Save your money and do not come here. It’s a shame we used to love Sonic but not anymore what a waste!!!!
Definitely don’t come here on Friday or Saturday night. Burger was fine. Fries and tots were definitely old and not fresh. Drive through was closed even though a car was in the lane. Location seems understaffed too (not the workers fault)
Stopped by fir the $0.99 Frito Wrap. The Frito Wrap was lame. It was thin on chili. Basically it was a flour tortilla stuffed with Fritos corn chips. I won't be ordering that again. Service was good at this Sonic and I like paying at the ordering kiosk with my CC. Thats all.
Isaiah was the best carhop out of all the other carhops I’ve met. He was really polite and got my order out in less than 2 minutes
Not a great experience the last two times. Both times I ordered a pretzel with cheese sauce. The first time it did not come with cheese sauce and I thought I had forgotten to say I wanted the cheese sauce so today I specifically said with cheese sauce. When they handed me the bag, I looked inside and there was no cheese sauce, I asked for it and was told they did not have any. I could have and should have been told that when I placed my order or before I paid and was not. This same location also does not put stem cherries in your limeade upon request. Nice people, great convenient location however little things do matter to customers. Shift management seems very inexperienced.
I bought a grilled chicken sandwich, Crispy chicken sandwich and chicken tenders. This is the worst sandwich I have thus eaten. The chicken inside the sandwich was frozen and not chewable. I would not recommend this place.
