Unfortunately horrendously unpleasant customer service.Been here twice, a good amount of time apart to see if it was just a first time thing or if it was the staff. Definitely the staff.Bar staff gentleman was walking around us at the tables, taking drink and food orders from other customers. So I asked him if my friend and I could order a drink from him and his snide, abrasive, irritable comment back was along the lines of "You could, but I can't tell you when you'll get them." Mind you we had also been served by another bar staff member moments before, tables were taken and I waited to see how the staff served the other people around me and which seemed timely. Not enough to make that comment.Maybe that's the treatment some "regulars" to the establishment receive , which I can understand. But, wouldn't you want to treat new customers with equal service? To then have them come back again, refer others to go and visit and in turn have them and others become "regulars"? Unless I'm misunderstanding the ways to have returning guests in a restaurant/bar/pool hall/ service industry business?If this is the standard there, as you can read from other comments that reflect the way they treat paying patrons there. Then it was my last time to go. I will tell my friends to actively avoid this kind of treatment when in the area and not go there.Pool tables are nice, which is the only reason I gave it another chance, but it was for sure my last. Being treated like that in a business you want to enjoy outweighs any pool table in that place.
Have been coming to Snookered for a while now and bartenders are awesome!!All bartenders treat us very nice and have been friendly!!Very nice selection of cocktails.Their craft kitchen items have good selection options and everything is priced decently.Very much recommended!!
This was our first time in this pub. We were excited about possibly having a nice place to hang out and play billiards. It was about 540pm when we arrived. The outside tables were all overflowing with trash and cigarettes. There was trash in the shrubs in the front of the building and a rat trap at the front door. When we went in there was only one guy playing pool who was very nice and spoke to us. We went to the bar to get a drink and something to eat. The guy behind the bar was extremely rude and let us know quickly that we had disrupted his down time. We got up and went somewhere else to eat and get drinks. The pool tables were in great shape and the inside looked very nice. Maybe that's because no one goes there. I can assure you I will never go there again, and I will tell everyone I know of the very poor service or lack of service.
Good drinks. Nice atmosphere. Staff however has much to be desired. Slow. Chatting with friends while others, including our party.. stating.. "Feet hurt too much". As someone who spends 12+ on their feet.. not something people care about. Get it together.
Totally recommend this place. The tables are well kept, the service is great, and the food is first class. Even though we have a table at home, my husband and I come here regularly for the atmosphere. You can find some serious players in there.Good service. Good food. Good tables. Good times.
Awesome place, friendly bartenders and great food. Highly recommend. One bartender in particular is super nice. Only negative is that they need more t-shirts. 5/5
My wife and I met our friends there and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere! Our waiter Thomas was AWESOME ... he was friendly, fast, and totally knowledgeable about the menu. Manager came by to greet us and check on our well-being. Definitely 5 stars with American cuisine, darts, pool tables, and a super bartender!! ? ??
Thomas was our waiter. He was superb. His menu recommendations were perfect and the burgers were absolutely delicious! Loved the laid back relaxing atmosphere! The manager came to our table and introduced herself and asked us how everything was!
We love coming here before and after FC Dallas home games. This past Saturday, we had the pleasure of meeting with and speaking to the owner. She gave us some great insight into the menu items and spoke about some of the changes they made. Every time we have come here, the food has been delicious, the drinks have been well made, and the people have been amazing.The truffle fries and El Cubano are my go-to here. My wife orders a salad or chicken strips, usually. Saturday they have $3 mimosas and it is a GREAT deal! Also, if you are a whiskey/bourbon drinker, they have a pretty decent selection. You can never go wrong having Buffalo Trace on the shelf!Lastly, the equipment is all really well maintained. The tables all have well kept felt and are level. The pool cues are straight. The billiard balls are not chipped or cracked, and the chalk is plentiful!If I could give this place 10 stars, I would.
