Walked into the Smoothie King at Custer and Eldorado at approximately 2:00 PM. There were 3 employees working, 2 guys and a teenaged girl. No one greeted me. It was awkward! After I stood there for a few seconds and realized neither of these 3 folks were not even going to ask if they could take my order, I turned and walked out! I went to the Smoothie King on 380, in Mckinney. There were two employees working! Both were courteous and friendly! I will never patronize the establishment on Eldorado again! Managers, customer service is everything in a business like this!
Online ordering is the best from the app. Order is always ready on time & correct as ordered.
Just got what started out as a delicious smoothie only to start having bits of plastic come up through my straw. After dumping out my smoothie into a strainer, this was the culprit. Huge plastic straw of some sort. Gross.

I love their smoothies. They are always excellent and well made. However, recently I’ve been using the mobile app to order because it’s more convenient for me. When your order is placed through the app, it gives you a set time to pick up your drink. Recently it seems like the workers are making the drinks as soon as they come through the system, rather than having them ready at the set pick up time. This causes the smoothie to melt and settle at the bottom of the smoothie. It’s kind of gross and looks unappealing when you pick it up. This wouldn’t usually be a big deal, but it seems like this has happened the last 3-5 times I’ve ordered from here.
Came here for the first time not knowing what to order, so I asked for just bananas in my smoothie, and it actually turned out really good. The workers are very nice and fast, and it was amazing. Definitely come here for good service and good drinks!
I go there often and the employees are always helpful. They make good smoothies. Place is always clean.
Service was great I didn't know what I wanted to order and she let me take my time and answered any questions. Great location!
