The worker I dealt with had a bad attitude and was really pushy when trying to make my selection. When I received my drinks they were not completely full. For the price you pay for these smoothies you should get a full cup. On a positive note the drinks did taste really good.
We ordered online and waited for 30 mins. They got lots of orders wrong including ours. The staff looked super confused and the service was not good.
Walked in, no one else around, can see the employee right behind the door in the back facing away, wait a couple minutes, yell hello, no answer, yell louder, he turns around and walks out, annoyed that I interrupted whatever he was doing, no apology, no how may I help you, just a blank stare. Today at 1:30 if the owner wants to check who’s on shift
*first time here* Should have listened to the reviews. One of the worst Smoothie Kings. Never even received my order. Whoever is doing the hiring needs to be more selective on who they hire. I called over the phone to try to locate the store and the only employee there did not even know what stores were next to him or where the store was. He called me “incompetent” and was very rude. This happened 11/03/21 at 2pm.
I've been to smoothie King all over the place and this is another great location, a little busier than the others I have been to but it is right in the middle of a very busy area. Other than that, smoothie King more then satisfied my smoothie craving and hunger.

Whoever the young man was with glasses and Beatles cut was an extreme jerk. This man proceeded to sweep over my feet purposely while waiting. Will not be return to this location and he definitely needs some coaching with his rude self.

Waited 20 min for a smoothie. Did an order through the app. Walked in to about 6 other people standing waiting. One person working. No one there to help the poor guy. He kept going though so props to him. If I had not already paid I would have left. Won’t come back.
Just left the store with two smoothies and I want to give Nathan a shout out! There were at least five people ahead of me and Nathan was the only one working at the time. I imagine he was feeling intense pressure but he handled himself like a champ. He was polite, apologized for the wait and still maintained the customer who came after me, all while making everyone's smoothies. Thank you, Nathan! You rocked out today.
