The girl working inside the store is pretty rude.Went through the “drive-thru” and asked for a plastic cup instead of the styrofoam and yet they gave a styrofoam cup, which no worries I asked for a change. The new smoothie they gave me was missing a lot of smoothie at top.Had to go inside the store to get it redone.The excuse was it got lost in changing cups. Even getting redone you deal with hostility.Probably would go to a farther location then come here again. :(
The Smoothies are good and they have have a variety of healthy options. Unfortunately the drive-through experience leaves a lot to be wanted.I ordered a single smoothie with two small modifications, and they told me to pull in front of the store and wait and that someone would bring it out to me. I waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and finally after five cars had gone through the drive-through behind me and left with their drinks I finally went inside to find out what was going on. They all looked puzzled when I went in asking about my smoothie and they did not seem to know what was going on either.When I told him what smoothie I had ordered they handed me a drink that had been sitting on the counter for a considerable amount of time. It was a very poor experience. In the future I would recommend not asking customers to wait in front of the store unless you intend to bring them their drink. Thanks.
just went through the drive thru and the girl at the window and on the mic was extremely disrespectful and had the worse attitude. rushing to take our order and was agressive with everything at the window.
I have visited a few other Smoothie King locations around the DFW area and the taste of smoothies they make here is SO MUCH RICHER than anywhere else! Yes, the kids that work here are young and they may mess up a little here and there, but hey, didn’t you when you were their age?!I’ll choose this location every time regardless ?

Worker left my drink in the blender & walked away. Hey coworker saw me waiting & began to pour my drink but it was incorrect.. After a conversation to determine whose mistake it was. The same girl remade my drink and never apologized. Horrible customer service. Won't be back

The smoothie melted 10min later.Really? 10min and the smoothie melted?To get great customer service from the corporate entity is pullllllling teeth lately. Leadership may have changed.Overall disappointing.7.19.21~Owner Scott replied asking that I give them a chance to improve. That was it.~
