They have horrible customer service, you are better off going to any of the boba shops across the street.Update: I came back again to try it out to see if it’s improved. I ordered 2 drinks and they messed up the order. I will not be going back.
The drinks are good.The two times we've been there so far, the service has been slow, so maybe prepare for a few minutes of waiting. We waited but the two people behind us today left without ordering.We had the shortbread tea and it was super sweet, even with half sweet.We've enjoyed the Thai Milk Tea and the Ginger Milk Tea.
Great boba shop! Flavorful fruit teas, creamy milk teas and chewy boba... All served with a smile. What more can you ask for?

Love all 3 locations, Plano, Frisco and Carrolton by the same owners. Staff are well trained and knowledgeable to help for anyone new to this drink/dessert option. Frisco location offers finger food such as rice cake, wings and fries.Store front is clean and plenty of seating and tables available
The wait with 2 customers ahead was longer than usual (waited 20 min for 2 drinks and an order of 2 pork egg rolls). They did seem understaffed but drinks came out well.
This location is a solid boba place. The drinks are good. Both the price and the flavor makes it worth a visit to see if this is your cup of tea. I started a stamp card here since I found myself returning too often.The fried chicken by the way isn't half bad but I prefer to just come for the drinks.

Just went there, great customer service! I tried the soy garlic rice cakes, they taste the best while fresh. Mango passion 0-30% I recommend.
