Love this place, been going for years. Food is consistent. Service is starting to deteriorate though. Even though they were always busy staff used to be polite and attentive but the last 3 times we have gone not the same experience. Different servers each time and we hardly ever saw them and when we did ths didn't seem sincere or really wanting our business. Trying to get you out the door was the feeling. I know its hard to find good wait staff now but I feel the service could be better.
Updated to 4/5 stars instead of 5/5. Went back a couple more times. Their service is hit or miss. Sometimes we’ll have really attentive waiter/waitress and other times it feels like we’ve been forgotten. So that’s disappointing.Original post: Best tortilla soup I’ve ever had. It’s like comfort food. Their white queso dip is also delicious. I will definitely be back to try more.
IMHO. I do not like this place. Again my opinion. Food is bad. Portions too big. Over priced. Staff was friendly and does a good job. Service was very good.
Been coming for years here and tonight was the worst experiences ever. The server was terrible took him 25 minutes to bring my drink and i order a tres leches cake for my daughter that is home and he hands me a half eaten cake already. I didn't realize until i got home and my daughter was going to eat it just to turn out it was already eaten????. Called up there spoke to speak to a manager just to hear him to to the servers and not one bit concerned about what I had to say.
The acapulco plate is my favorite. The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly and the veggies were grilled nicely and not over done. Definitely recommend
I have been going here for years but the service is deplorable. Decent food but I called for a to-go order NINETEEN TIMES and either no answer or they would pick up and promptly hang up. ?I finally went in and told the manager I had a hard time getting tbrough and his response “to bad, go to the bar.” 45 minutes later I had my food and it was disgusting. So done with this place…do NOT waste your time or money and head over to Blue Goose where they CARE about their customers. .
Garbage. Who seriously puts sour cream inside green chicken enchiladas?? and this place doesn’t have white sprinkle cheese.. only sharp cheddar ???? Texans terrible taste in Mexican food is why texmex even exists ?
Delicious lunch at Salsa Tex-Mex. Salsa beings chips, bean dip, traditional red salsa and green salsa to the table. All three dips were fantastic! Enchiladas were very tasty anda generous portion size. Always a good experience at Salsa Tex-Mex Frisco. I highly recommend this Salsa Tex-Mex!
Best Mexican place in Frisco area, wish I could give more Stars. Been to the Plano location couple years ago but this one exceeded expectations. Taco chips were freshly made with 3 different salsas, tomatillo salsa was the best. Tried veggie Quesadilla, ? ? fajita and ? Fajita Chango, all are good, very well done, generous portions and loved it. Their outdoor seating is really good, cant wait to check their Prosper location next time when I am in the area.Hot salsa (as per our request) and Grilled jalapeños were really ?
If you're everything king about where you want to go whether that's for your birthday for a holiday for lunch or for dinner please please go to salsa. Great service. Amazing food. Good quality
