Went here looking for a nice restaurant I could take the dogs out to. They were very dog friendly, and the outdoor seating was lovely and shaded, with the option of either wooden picnic benches or metal tables. The service staff was lovely, one server even brought out a bowl of ice water for the dogs, which I thought was rather considerate. The food was pretty good, but some menu items are VERY overpriced for what they are. Wound up spending $70, but I do think it was worth it. The super smash berry cocktail was impressive.

Yall missed the mark tonight. Over an hour and still waiting on wings. Wings were not hot when they arrived. Shrimp tacos were undercooked. Fries were cold and stale. Been here a few times prior with no issues. Never saw a manager. Our server EL was very friendly. This was a fail in the kitchen.

This is the most amazing restaurant! A must eat for burgers and pizza. Great craft & draft beer selection! I have the mushroom & truffle burger...so amazing! Best burger I have ever eaten. My friend had cheese pizza and that was amazing too. Also, try the Roasted Cauliflower you will not be disappointed. Great staff too. The atmosphere was intimate without being tiny. A must try!

Two stars at best… and only for how the food tasted. My husband and I showed up after Friday night dinner rush so the place was maybe half full. We were seated right away and then it was downhill from there. We waited close to 10 minutes before a server came over. By this time we decided we were just going to order our drinks and food together to get it out of the way. Our server got our drink orders switched, that’s fine, simple mistake. Our food was brought out within an average amount of time and was warm and tasted good which was nice.A normal amount of time for eating went by and our server hardly checked on us. More time went by and we’re finished eating, and a bartender ended up clearing our table because our server had disappeared, and we had to ask them to send our server to our table so we could pay and leave. We asked for 2 to-go boxes and a refill of Coke and were brought one box and a Sprite.. lol. Not really a mistake to us at that point, more so carelessness. And all our server could talk about was how glad she was that the restaurant was slow… to an easy table of 2 that only ordered a couple of sodas and a few slices of pizza that she didn’t even really take care of.

Lauren is one of the best bartenders in all of Frisco! She is fast, friendly, knowledgeable and kind! Great to build a relationship with and somewhere you want to go more and more! Pizza is amazing, staff is kind, & GM is top notch! Highly recommend ?

I honestly don’t write negative reviews unless the experience is genuinely terrible. I don’t know if it was just an off day but every single item we ordered was terribly prepared. The truffle fries were completely saturated with literally 1.5” of oil in the bowl, the wings were chewy, they should have been cooked more. The chicken Alfredo was incorrectly ordered, but we took it anyway and it was over cooked, dry, and the bread balls were rock hard. Our friends ordered pizza and it came burnt. Our server was friendly and apologetic, but I’m sure he was new and had little to no training because he didn’t have an answer to any question we had about the menu, or the craft beer etc. overall I’ll chalk this one up to a big let down.

I've been to Rotolo's many times and ordered from GrubHub to have their food delivery, always with no problem. Tonight, however, we went in to eat and had a terrible experience. Service was incredibly slow but that isn't the problem; slow service happens sometimes. . Our onion rings showed up cold. My kids ordered appetizers for their meals and those came out but the hamburger my husband and I were supposed to split still wasn't ready. Later the waiter said it had a minute and a half left. About 10 minutes later we inquired about our missing hamburger again. When he finally brought it out, I took a bite and it was RAW. Not rare, but completely uncooked! The outer part of the meat was not fully browned, barely warm and the inside was totally raw.... not cooked at all, totally mushy. Uncooked ground beef can make a person seriously ill. This was utterly disgusting.

This place is normally great. The pizza always hits. And I'm sympathetic to the fact that it's Pi Day, but ...- 35+ minute waits for to-go orders for at least 10 people- Host without any sense of urgency; doesn't welcome guests to see if they're picking up or dining in- 0 check-ins with customers as they waited - until a manager was requested- Servers who refuse to come help seat guests waiting at the frontThe kicker: After getting my pizza 40 minutes late, it's barely warm.

Ordered a cheese pizza for the kids abs it came with literally zero cheese. This is an ongoing issue with this place with the lack of toppings. It is literally crust with nothing but sauce and no toppings. The crust is perfect but the lack of toppings for the price is absolutely insane. This place will be out of business within a year if they don’t change that stingy policy. Also- I’m extremely fit and don’t care too much for extra toppings. You’ve been warned against this place so if u buy from here, expect literally crust at best

Pizza was pretty good. An average "medoum" pizza is the size you get for $17-$23 depending on what kind you get. But the pizza was tasty. What was bad was wings. We paid around $25 for i think 15 wings. The sauce was tasty, just regular hot but it was peppery and good. But they were not good crispy hot wings. They were barely cooked through, very mushy and flabby and presentation. Lol. Not like it matters but you would think for $25 maybe on a platter with carrots and celery and some dipping sauces. Nope they came out in a metal bowl with a plate as the lid. Looked like a dogs big metal dinner bowl. Was embarrassing.
