Traveling for work and wanted Chinese so I decided to order from here. I love that my chicken dish came with so many cashews! Unfortunately, my crab rangoons came with almost zero filling. I was so excited opening the bag of these, thinking they were going to be amazing because they looked homemade. And maybe they are homemade but mine were missing ingredients. Also, the fried rice isn’t your typical fried rice. And if you look at the pic, you can see that it wasn’t even all made properly. Not to mention there is nothing in the rice. So 2 letdowns in what could have been a great meal. Hope they get those recipes correct for the next person!
Above and beyond! Ordering online was easy, delivered in a timely manner, food was still hot so I enjoyed the toasty wonton strips still crunchy, the sugar biscuits were warm and delicious, my fried rice was so good and will have enough for 2 more sittings because they pack it generously. 10/10. All the stars! And the delivery man was very polite and his smile made my day better.
Horrible service. Ordered from doordash. Tool 30 min before I called to inquire what was going on. Apparently they gave away the order to someone else and the owner started yelling at me like it was my fault haha. No sense of decency. Was my first and last time ordering. Maybe it's a good thing they gave my food to someone else because it probably tastes horrible. Please beware before ordering from this place.
Excellent food made with quality ingredients by a great staff. It's my go to. Always delicious.

Normally I would Choose this restaurant over other Chinese restaurants in the Frisco area due to the seasoning and the price of their food. One Sunday afternoon my family decided to go out to eat and we chose Rice Pot, when we arrive no one was in the dining area but a worker folding napkins a cashier and two cooks. this particular day I noticed the workers handling the food with no gloves touching the food, touching their nose with their hands going in their pocket talking on their phones Scratching their heads not washing their hands.. even noticed several Ubers picking up food.. I normally don’t post unless I am a unsatisfied customer, and it takes a lot to get me to say a little but what I observed that day was beyond description.. This incident happened two Sundays ago I’ve been meaning to post things just got busy at home. The cashier literally brushed her teeth in the sink and spit out Everything in her mouth at least about five minutes the cook thought it was funny my family was in disbelief and grossed out I demanded my money back she refused she said she had to call her boss to see I told her call your boss but you’re giving me my money back I said that was gross that’s something you do at home not in a restaurant where you serve people she replied it’s nothing wrong it’s OK I even took pictures but I don’t know how to post on here I’m very disappointing inThis restaurant I got my money back but we were so unsatisfied
Very disappointed reviews seemed promising. So my husband and I decided to try it being new to Frisco. We ordered our meals with fried rice. We got home and no rice. $30.00. We call them and he says he will try and get rice delivered after 9:40 it was 9:23. Like my food will be cold why would they not credit the meal this is their mistake and we paid for full meal. Not happy very sad that's what they think is fair.Update instead of bring rice while we waited he just gave us money back. No rice.

Great place to eat and the hospitality is awesome, very hard working people and always improving more, I give it 4-stars because I ordered inside and I told the lady to give me spicy combo fried-rice and she even asked if I said “spicy” and I still got regular rice, if I were before you leave make sure to check your food if it’s correctly. But overall the food is terrific and you get what you paid for also make sure to take complimentary fortune cookies if you need luck!
