It's honestly what you would expect. The food was okay at best. There wasn't anything that I ate that would make me come back for. My katsu in my katsudon wasn't crispy. We also got the chicken karaage, which was okay. My wife ordered extra chicken for her Tantanmen Ramen, but the extra chicken was exactly like the chicken karaage, which was disappointing on my end. I spent about $60 for the lunch and honestly, I would rather have spent it at In-N-Out near by.

Legitimately the best ramen I've had outside of Japan. They really know what they're doing here, and the prices are insanely good for the portions that you get. If you don't know what to get, I'd recommend the regular Hakata ramen if you want to taste their classic flavors. Otherwise, definitely go with the Tsukemen if you're feeling a little adventurous. You have to dip the noodles in the broth, but they do it so well here, and it's legitimately addicting. You'll definitely be craving more.

Overall, my experience here was quite pleasant and it’s likely I’ll be dining here again. Today I had gotten the “Katsudon”, which I was very pleased with. There were good portions as I was nearly full, although I’d say the soup is slightly too salty for me, but it didn’t affect my dining experience much. The waiters here were welcoming and checked up several times to see if we needed anything, while greeting my family with kind attitudes. Additionally, I’d also like to say there was a nice ambiance with an overall appealing style to the restaurant, and the prices were reasonable. All these factors allowed me to enjoy my time here, so keep up the good work!

Love this place. I'm in here pretty consistently and the staff is awesome. They're always polite, kind and constantly check up on you, whether they're busy or not. Every waiter and waitress has always been great every time I'm in there.Food is always good as well. I like to get sake when I eat here and it's good whether it's hot or cold. The ramen bowls are great, rice bowls are awesome, appetizers are always delicious as well. I'd give em all a higher rating if I could. 11/10 every time.

Yessss. Everything was delicious!!Get the garlic chips to put in your Ramen. Our uber driver told us that tip and they were slammin.

We had Hakata ramen on a Sunday dinner time 6pm and it wasn't busy at all that day. Staffs are nice! Ramen is pretty good, a bit of heavy garlic oil in the ramen but that's the Umami! The noodles thickness matched with the soup, pork and eggs are very well marinated, you can tell they took their time to prepare everything. Will definitely come back!

The ramen was delicious and the tonkotsu broth very authentic similar to what I've had in Japan. The only dish I was disappointed in was the Chashudon rice bowl. Thank goodness I only ordered the small size--the chopped pork belly was dry, burnt, no flavor. Couldn't eat it--it was that bad!! Clearly they use the leftover end pieces of pork belly for this--see photo of little black pieces of meat! Usually this dish is served with same quality chasu that comes with the ramen bowls. Not the case here--avoid this dish!

Ramen was pretty good, but not amazing. I got Nagasaki Seafood ramen. There was a lot of seafood and squid, but it felt like the medley of seafood and vegetables was really random. It felt more like seafood noodle soup than a ramen bowl. The soup was also really hot. It burned my tongue. The seasoning was good, but I felt that the soup was too salty.I got the miso bowl a different day. The miso bowl is a more normal ramen bowl. I wasn't too fond of the noodle with it. This place does not make their own noodles. The pork meat was also a little cold. they didn't warm it enough after taking it out of the fridge.Portion size is big, and customer service is good. Soup on the salty side. Overall good, but not the best.

The Tonkotsu broth was great, the spicy version was just the perfect spice level. The Japanese Style fries were a fun change and the fish flakes dance when they are served.

The okonomiyaki was great however the katsu curry was not the best. First, the chicken was on the smaller end, but that wasn’t the worst thing, more a small gripe. The chicken was slightly burnt and the taste was very evident, even as the cutlet was under the curry.
