This has to be the worst Popeye's location I've ever been to. If you don't check your bag they'll for sure get your order wrong.The whole staff needs to be replaced. This month i've been there 3 times and each time something was missing from my order or I have been overcharged. Don't try calling the number because they never answer. I'm driving to the Colony Popeyes from now on. Please just shut this place down! I wish i could give this place a negative rating because that's what they deserve. 2 Thumbs down!
Lesson learned. Check order BEFORE you leave. Got home with order, wrong chicken pieces in the order. They did not give a receipt; yet, I went back anyway. Took forever to resolve the issue. Spoke with Manager. Young person who took my order and payment at window "act" like they didn't remember me. Either I will go to KFC in the future or cook my own chicken!
Half the order was hot the other half were not hot. We had to wait about 10mins to get the order, then we asked for a recipe and they were either out of paper or it was broken, so they took a photo with my phone. I can't leave feedback because I didn't get a order number. This Popeye's has problems, 1 out of 5 times the food isn't up to Popeye's standards. There is one about 20minutes away, will try them next time.
Almost every time i go they messed up my orders! Two times i got mild instead of spicy, either coleslaw or meshed potatoes got spoiled & this time i paid extra because they charged me wrong order!!!DT service is so bad never repeat order or giving receipt to check the receipt! DT person was not willing to fix my order today! Bad management with bad training!Horrible experience with horrible service & paid $35 because of they charged me 12 pcs family feast instead of $25.99 special!!!!
Had to eat in the car cuz the dining room was not open. Chicken sandwich was great. Shrimp Basket didn't like had too much breading. Had to go to the bathroom but couldn't get in cuz dining room was closed.
The staff has the worst attitude, not motivated and lazy. Management does not seems to care. I have since decided to go to KFC instead. I like Popeyes better than KFC, but do not want to deal with the bad attitude and laziness of the staff at this Popeyes.
Food is good. C'mon it's Popeyes. But service idk. I placed a mobile order to be ready at 2:30. I got there at 2:35. They told me it wasnt ready and it would be about 5 more minutes. I didn't leave till 2:53.
Having gone through various fast food drive thru(s) this Popeyes was exceptional. Why? Because #1 you can hear in a person's voice...LOL, if they really don't want to be at work...rude sounding & inpatient when taking your order. Not so at this particular Popeye's. His voice came across like, "I'm happy and I know it, clap your hands"...LOL! And was professional and courteous when I got to the window to pay. The answer is YES if you are wondering do I plan on going BACK!!!Maybe I caught him the day after his girlfriend accepted his proposal in marriage ???! I call that "perfect timing"!!!
Cleanliness of this location is an A+. I’ve had only THE freshest chicken each visit, with a nice golden crisp. The service is A1. Mm, mm, mm! Love that chicken at THIS Popeyes.
For some reason it was a really good visit and the food was right on point. I come here often but this time I had to leave a positive review the date was 12/17/2021 who ever was working that day :)
