Waited hr for food to get delivered lady came asking for tip!! Even though i told her i tipped her she kept saying tip me! Wow!!! Like what world are we living in!
I love Pizza Hut, but this location is horrible! The past two times I’ve ordered from here the guy immediately calls me on his way from leaving the store, and ask if I can come down to leasing office and pick it up. Im sick this time around, and asked him if he could drop it off at my door. I gave him specific directions on how to find my apartment. No luck. I ended up walking up and down the hallways trying to find him and he was nowhere to be found. I called the store and canceled my order. The shift manager Monroe said he would cancel it and refund my money, but there was no apology or let me see if can call the driver. Nothing! Just hear you go, Bye!
The pizza was good, but the delivery person forgot my drinks and part of my order... I called the manager and he said he would refund the entire order, but after several days no refund at all... they lost me as a customer... 2 stars because what food I received was average...
What the hell!! Are you really trying to take the order or just passing time. First of all its a huge long wait on call, despite of wait if we try to get what we want. Employee repeatedly asks the same thing, if you have a problem with your phone, try switching them rather spoiling peoples time and mood.Very bad customer service and rude people speaking on phones to take the order. And have zero knowledge on what the store serves and what it doesn't. Before starting to take calls, make sure you know what your place offers and what it doesn't.
I know these are trying times, so I appreciate the effort. But honestly, the thin crut cheese pizze was overcooked and dry. The pepperoni pizza was good, so was the veggie. Also, the app kept saying the pizza would be delivered at 10:02 pm, when after 10:02 pm it was still in the oven. Oh, and we wanted breadsticks -- my son had specifically asked for that on his birthdday -- but it was out of stock. Hopefully, it will be better next time.
Delivery was almost 2 hours and the pizza was not hot and fresh. The pizza did not taste good at all and it was over cooked. I am extremely disappointed and upset that I wasted $60. I will not order pizza hut again or at least in this area.
Ordered a hand tossed, that was essentially a thin crust pizza. Very, very little sauce, and completely overlooked. Crust was dry and the cheese was burnt beyond.
Tell your employees to take care of the customers. When I went into the store it took at least 5 minutes before some one helped me. At least 2 different guys looked right at me but continued to stand around waiting for their orders to come out of the oven so they could make their delivery. Not the first time we’ve had horrible service from this location so maybe it’s time to witch to the new Dominos that just opened!
Very nice people. Management should support them! Some Customers are disgustingly rude to the employees. And obviously, good pizza
Super easy to place an order exactly the way we wanted and was ready on time as promised.
