I would give it zero stars if I could. Not only did they burn my pizzas to a crisp, so much so that the bell peppers looked more like mushrooms, they charge extras for ranch dressing! I had to pay almost $2 for two small containers of ranch dressing.. but then when I got home they didn't put the ranch in my pizza boxes. I would NOT recommend visiting this location (sadly this was not an isolated incident) and recommend visiting the other pie 5 locations in the DFW areas that DO NOT charge extra for ranch dressing.
Update: Service was up and down... Non food items where kneeding the dough was. 75 cent condiments, even the ones that are part of your pizza creation. 2 of 4 of the staff were friendly and looked like the enjoyed their job.
Very busy today but good service and a good pizza. High Five meat pizza.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!March 2021Waited for over 30 min on my app order and all three pizzas were wrong. After telling someone I was there for my pizzas I did not have any of the staff say 1 word to me. The Manager or owner walked by me 4 times to go to the bathroom as I waited.May 2022I went in today after almost a year since my last time to see if it was any better and I tried to order a pizza and was told that I could not have the toppings that I asked for. I was ordering unlimited toppings and the manager told me he was told by the owner that i couldn't have those toppings because they are only for specific pizzas and that he would have to charge me $1.50 extra for the toppings. DO NOT EAT HERE.
Not worth it. Pizza is too thin, pricey, toppings are limited to just 5 for even their large size and on top of that they are not generous with those already limited toppings. Flavor is good, but it’s not exceptional. One can easily find much better options in terms of menu options, bettee prices and better quality. We will not be back.
Such great service!!!! Didn’t know what to expect but was super impressed. Was our first visit but we will absolutely be back. The staff was so friendly and were so genuine. Made a difference with me, was just a really refreshing experience. Love their selection as well.
Dont order delivery. Doordash and Grubhub - both times we never received the order. So much back and forth and still waiting for refund after 2 weeks.
Great service, love this chain.On this particular visit, new employees were a little too enthusiastic and pulled my pizza from the oven early. It wasn't quite done.Still five stars, 'cause I'm sure if I had asked them to fix it, they would have.The food here is always good, the staff is friendly.

They food is good I can give them that! but the manager is trash. I ordered online it said my order will be ready in 20 minutes It took me 35 minutes to make it to the store and the manager was just now getting started with my order and their was little to no customers in side the store. I realized I made a mistake on what pizza crust and ask if it can be changed I was told no because he already put items on the crust. this was the manager by the way he didn’t care if I was pleased with the service or take initiative that he was 35 minutes late on my order.
