Quick service, generous portion. Definitely go back to try different variety of healthy good food. Will recommend.
Y'all, I've been coming to Piada Frisco for the past four years and with every visit it has really gone down. The service was terrible, the food was not being replenished, the drink machine was out of order, the restrooms were repulsive and disgusting. The women's restroom had no toilet paper and the stalls were messy. My husband said the restroom had pee all over the floor and paper towel wadded up all over the sink. It's clear that none had cleaned the restroom (probably all day).I rarely give reviews but this time I had to. The experience should begin with with proper cleanliness and sanitation, and then good customer service and good food. Unfortunately, this location had none of the above. I don't want to come back. Please reconsider eating at Piada, and get your pasta to-go from another restaurant.Just look at these photos from the restroom and just imagine how well they take care of the kitchen! As for the food? The look of the sauce station was messy and the food temp was not very warm. I'd rather make pasta myself and save the money honestly.
Simply this is an Italian Chipotle with pasta bowls, Wraps and power bowls. If you are a vegetarian or vegan, you can probably skip this place.Liked the Piada (wrap), which is different from the usual, but the spicy sauce was sweeter. For a vegetarian there aren't many options and no substitutes. One may usually end paying extra for add-ons and get less at the end.The large bowl was hardly half filled, as we skipped all the meats. Add-on items costing extra but not many choices though.For kids, one may choose small portion.
This restuarant was really nice!! My family & I had our first visit here & from the ambience and the taste of the food, we will definitely be back very soon! The service was A-1 and Chef Fabian came out & was very knowledgeable about the food served here and was extremely sweet and hospitable. We're already looking forward to the next trip back. Thanks for a great visit!
I got the carbonara with grilled chicken (right pic), and my boyfriend got the pomodoro with grilled chicken (left pic). It was really fast, and the food tasted good. Nice quick food option. I'm getting a little hungry thinking about it now...
Super delicious pasta!! Great variety for pasta. I wish they had some more Italian food on the menu. Nice place to dine in! If you’re craving good pasta this is the place to come!! My personal favorite was the Diavolo Pasta with Spicy crispy chicken. Great toppings as well!
My family really likes this place. They’ve got great quality food and they prepare it in front of you. It’s a little pricey ($15 per person before drinks) but overall good. The family loves the piatas and I enjoy their spaghetti bowl with meatballs.
Love love love this place. Every time when my boyfriend and I wants some health food, then we will come here! We always ordered online and pickup in store. That's can skip the line and I feel easy. I love the customized part which I can add many stuff to your bowl.I always order the super protein fit bowl. It has more protein than the salad. The food is super fresh and health. Their chicken and salmon is really tasty!!Their dine in area is good. Lot of space. It can maintain good social distance during the dine one. Highly recommended!
Awesome place to come and eat with your family! I came in on Friday, Chef Pamela and Wendy were super nice they help me and my family decide which item of food we wanted to eat! We were glad they were open, since it was the day after the winter storm. We will for sure be coming back.
*RUDE* Very disappointed. I can't stand leaving bad reviews, but they're here for a reason. Anyways, I walk in and right away One staff member was extremely rude. Employee wouldn't let me order what I wanted. She said for build your own I could only pick 4 things. That's not what menu says. And doesn't leave much. Also the portion amount of the same protein from person in front of me and behind me was half as much. She couldn't tell me what the one sauce even was. Not so comforting for people with allergies. Then,, They tried charging me 3 different amounts. First, they had mine with someone else's. Then for something I didn't even order and then a different amount after that. After all that they gave my food to person behind me. As I kept standing there waiting. Its like I didn't even exist. I got a puny piata for $10. Thanks but no thanks. I even told her when I walked in I was excited to try cause this and that it was my first time. Also filthy bathroom with dirty diaper on ground. Won't be back. BiG thumps down. I feel like I was being discriminated against for some reason. I'm still baffled. Maybe she was just having a bad day but I didn't deserve to be treated so poorly for bo reason.
