We ordered through door dash and Holy moly. It was amazing. My daughter ordered it and we ordered other places but we were all frothing at the mouth. The way they put together the to go order. She put together her.pho once it got here and it was perfect. All fresh. I highly recommend this place. .. nice hot and fresh and so flavorful
We like their other locations in Addison and Richardson, Texas. This location was too busy to properly clean the tables. The veggies were not up to the standard as other PQH stores. They were posting for help which might explain the veggies.
I order from here often but was sadly disappointed by my order today. I found hair in my spring roll and the peanut sauce was runny and tasted terrible. Time to take my business to another restaurant.
Great place for my expectations for the flavor of Vietnamese pho. Their egg rolls and spring rolls are great. We also like their grilled pork fried rice. Definitely would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to try a taste of Vietnam.
This place was very delicious and very quick when preparing the food. The staff was very polite as well. I’d rate this place a 7/10 everything was delicious I just wish the broth had a little more flavor.
Ordered their popular recommended chicken pad thai flat noodle, but it does not taste good at all. Their noodle soup is okay, but do NOT recommend the flat noodle. Probably won’t be back again. Btw, they are very slow; if you are in a rush and do not wanna wait for forever, try other places.
First time to visit this location. Had the spicy soup which had a good balance of flavor. It did take unusually long in my opinion to have my soup order (25min) from time of order and the dine in was at around 30% capacity. Would have like to have had more meat in the soup for a large order. Overall, I felt like the restaurant was a solid 3 stars.
Ordered pick up for the first time at this restaurant. It was WORST experience. I was told order will be ready in 40 minutes, I arrived to pickup at expected time and waited for additional 70 minutes but still there was no sign of food and the person at register didn't even had any proper explanation. I had to leave without the food since he still didn't know when it will be ready. It didn't even appear to be a 'busy' day while I waited. Definitely customer service is non existent at this place. So far, my worst experience at a asian diner. Will never return.
I don't enjoy beef broth based pho so this review will be focused on curry chicken pho, which tasted really good. Could have used some coconut milk and carrots but still good flavors. Thai basil, sprouts and lime wedge was served fresh with Sriracha sauce on side. Thai ice tea was really tasty and not watered down. My wife ordered basil chicken with rice that tastes great as well.The order was taken quickly, food arrived in a out 15-20 minutes with 4 tables ahead of us. Drinks were served immediately after ordering.Overall a great experience. $36 for two with tips.
I would give zero stars if I could. It was my frnds birthday and she was 8months pregnant. We decided to take her to this restaurant. They said we have to wait to get seated, so my frnd asked them for a cup of water and we were ready to wait. But they were not ready to give her water. They started arguing. They didn’t even consider her pregnancy. They just started using f words and asked us to get out. Very bad experience. Would never ever go to this restaurant or suggest it to anyone.
